Some fuel for the Rodgers failures crowd.

Most amazing, least surprising, statistic I think I’ll ever see.
Surprising statistic ......... but not a surprising reality (just ask Realist or Skeptic if you don't believe me). Look who has been quarterbacking and coaching those teams. Look who has not been "ALL IN" all these years. The coaching and play calling has only been mildly innovative. And the QB is the QB (kind of like the Browns are the Browns).
why you think Rodgers and the Packers losing PO games translates to " NOT ALL IN" is mind boggling.

during regular season we know Rodgers by extension McCarthy are risk adverse, now doesn't that magnify during PO games? if there is any one thing that stands out, it is that McCarthy became ultra conservative in the PO's and Rodgers has carried that trait his whole career

2020 though Rodgers seemed to brake those habits, was spreading the ball around, problem was the receivers dropped key passes, and KIng couldn't cover, it's easy to blame Rodgers.

even the best QB's need quality receivers, if we watch teams this year scrambling to pay to get the best UFA WR's that should speak loudly to our deficient WR room the last 5 years, if who we've carried was sufficient, then teams wouldn't spend all that money in hopes of improving upon the already better talent they have.

imo " the not all in culprit" has been our FO, should have brought in better WR talent years ago

Anyone else notice a change in narrative between Adams and Hill being traded?

Seemed like so much how good the Raiders got and what could the Packers possibly be thinking getting worse.

Now it’s just not even talking about the Dolphins, but just what the Chiefs are going to be able to do with all this cap space and all these draft picks now.

thats because the Chiefs have a history of aggressively filling holes.

Packers, not so much.

I certainly won't argue the fact that KC is more aggressive in filling holes. However, this is how a lot of the media often treat the Packers. They are more negative about anything the Packers do. I couldn't believe some of the commentary when the Packers resigned Campbell. After the difference he made in our defense last year, all most could say was that the Packers overpaid for an older LB.

Well any slander for bringing back Campbell would just be unfair. But the Chiefs have already brought in Josh Gordon when he was available, and Juju. They also signed McKinnon as soon as CEH went down for some time. Just saying, with that offense, they have made it clear they will bring in as much fire power as they can afford. Losing Tyreke will hurt them for sure, but I think the media knows they will use that money and draft capital to try to fill the hole

Tyler Lockett said "that man Kap is ready" for a return to the NFL.

Kaepernick, who had a workout session with Lockett last week, was seen Wednesday training at the University of Washington's indoor football field, near the Seahawks stadium. Seahawks head coach Pete Carroll said in 2020 that he had wanted to sign Kaepernick in 2017, after he had been blackballed by the league for protests against racial injustice and police violence. Carroll confirmed last week that Kaepernick reached out to the Seahawks and that the QB deserves "a second chance." This much smoke usually leads to fire, and with the Seahawks lacking a viable starting quarterback after dealing Russell Wilson to Denver, giving Kaepernick a chance to compete under center would make sense for all parties involved. Whether Kaepernick, 34, still has the athleticism that made him a dangerous dual threat quarterback in the 2010s is another question entirely.
The media and his backers have conveniently forgotten Kaep just isn't a very good QB. His career passer rating is equal to the season Davis Mills had last year. Yippee.

59% completion rate says is all. I need to look at nothing else but that. If your completion rate is below 65%, you better have something else to back you up. And sorry, he doesn't.

what????? to many variables tp pin QB success to completion rate, cripes Rodgers when throwing to MVS only has a 50% completion %, scheme and receiver quality play a big roll in QBR.

to many people that actually have a eye for QB talent say Keapernick would be a better starting alternative then half a doz starters in this league.

I'm certainly no Kaep apologist but isn't 65% setting the bar pretty high? There are a lot of great QB's with a career completion % under that.

ALL the people who "actually have an eye for QB talent" have kept passing on him. Teams are doing very stupid and high-risk moves for even marginally winning QBs. But not him.

JT O'Sullivan made an analysis video on his workout tape some time ago (and JT has no affiliation with any team or the league), and he said rusty Kaep has bad technique.

And a team can't do right by him. If you sign him, it's a PR move. If you don't, it's a business decision. If you sign him on the cheap, it's taking an advantage of him. Sign him for a lot, you're taking a huge chance. If you sign him as a backup, you're disrespecting him. Sign him as a starter and you're desperate.

There's no way to get Kaep on a roster without facing a #¤%&storm.

---

Again, you come across as thinking the QB has very little responsibility or impact on a team. It's weird, because you're the biggest fan of our high quality QBs at the same time. I haven't figured that contradiction out, yet.

As if QB isn't even a premium position, since even great QBs seem to need great WRs, great OL, great TEs, great running game, great offensive scheme, great defence and great STs to succeed. And if the team doesn't provide the Great QB ALL of that...

Then it's not the QBs fault. It's a "SEF". A Somebody Else's Fault.

I mean, It's a wonder ANY QB can win a SB, with those requirements of support. And why do they get all that credit, if they require so much support!?

Way too early look at comp picks

5th, maybe a 4th for MVS

6th for Lucas Patrick Cancelled for Pat O'Connell

6th for Oren Burks

7th for EQ cancelled by Jarran Reed (no idea what his contract is, guessing small with no numbers)

7th for Isaac Yiadam

TBD:
Tyler Lancaster, Kevin King, Chandon Sullivan, Dennis Kelly

Can't believe we are going to get a 5th for MVS and the Cardinals are gunna get a 3rd for Kirk.

Kaepernick was black listed because he brought attention to the insanity of racial policing, after the media and by extension the fans where done racking him over the coals, teams didn't want the distraction hiring him would bring, he always had the ability to play in this league, O'Sullivan could say half the QB's in the league play with poor tech and he'd be right, it was said about Rodgers the same year he went to the PB.

the rest of your spiel isn't even worth responding to.

who wouldn't make our WR room look better? seriously, if ya take Adams out of the picture the last 5 years we would be the Detroit Lions.

and when it comes to WR I'd take Rodgers ability to find a good one over Gute every day of the week
