So happy for Milwaukee! I left Milwaukee in 1971, the year the Bucks won their 1st NBA championship. Used to listen the games on the radio with Eddie Doucette announcing ........... he referred to the paint as the 'toaster'. Great team --> Alcindor, Oscar, McGlocklin, Dandridge, Greg Smith, Boozer, McLemore, Lucius Allen.
Stayed a Bucks fan throughout minus a stint rooting for the Sonics in 1990s when I lived in Seattle. The Don Nelson teams were great to watch and root for ....... if I remember correctly they just could not get past the Celtics and Sixers though.
Hell yes ........... I bought a couple of Bucks shirts this morning on the internet. The team and city certainly 'antlered up'............I am very proud of the Bucks and consider myself an original Milwaukee Bucks fan.
50 years was a long time to wait.
The parade will be awesome I'm sure.

Heard like there might have been some gunshots heard at some point. And some people were jumping in the river. But hopefully Milwaukee, overall, behaved itself last night.
Still catching up on interviews and other snippets this morning. A ton out there. Some great Giannis quotes, of course.
But looking to next season, Bucks have some decisions to make. Winning the title, Jrue got a $1M bonus and that pushed them into the luxury tax too. Core should stay in tact, but will be interesting to see what the team looks like.

It will be really interesting to see if the Bucks can retain/attract some team friendly deals. Tucker was an absolute perfect fit. I can really see him wanting to stay. They seem to be getting diminishing returns on Lopez. I wonder if they possibly look to move him this offseason and just get a younger/cheaper 2-way BIG.

Was an amazing series and night last night. Giannis is a true, humble, competitor that I don't believe it is possible for anyone to hate.
Wisconsin Cheese Is Better Than California Cheese!
That's just awesome, man...
congrates to the Bucks, I don't follow B B,but this championship has been a long time coming
I've never been a big basketball follower. But Giannis has started to change that. I'm thinking I'm going to want to watch more games next season and not just 1 or 2 and then pay attention in the playoffs.

Of course both trophies were in the car with him. Apparently he still hasn't slept. Dude will probably crash hard at like 2pm and sleep for a week.

That drink is going to be the most popular thing in Wisconsin now. Throw some LEAP vodka in there and you've got a party!
