Sal here with an oversized avatar test

Works, but would be preferable if there was a size limit - if many people have huge avatars, may make pages slow to load.
When I did mine it said the limit was 200x200

I believe there are two different limits actually, both on size of image, might need to revisit that, and on size of the file. It does currently allow for gifs as avi's, but the file size is set pretty small, so you can't really have ones that bog down the page at all. At least that is the intent.

And that one might be my fault because I think I loaded that image into the list of default avatars. BUt I don't think you can upload one that big.

Someone want to test that out for me? :P

Yes, good. And I tried and wasn't able to upload a big one.
This oversized one that I used was indeed from the pre-made gallery you created BF004 ... :hide:

Discussion aside, that is an amazing $%@# picture of brent.

Was at that game with NCF and not sober. Best game I've ever been to be a good margin.

I think I almost broke something on the way into the stadium. I never felt such pain in all my life as I did standing in line to go in having to pee so f'n bad.

Fun note: I've been looking for a way to delete this account, and noticed that it doesn't seem like users have any way of deleting their own accounts... Same on the old forum, and couldn't find a way to enable that in ACP.

I just resized mine before uploading it. Not hard to do.

It's just under the 200*200px size. But if you'd like it smaller, here are a couple of smaller sized versions.

How do I add an avatar if I don't want any of the ones suggested on the avatar edit page?

Avatars are tricky since they need to be re-sized to fit. I can re-size it for ya (in the morning)....

Google an image you'd like and post a link to it here (right click on it, choose copy either image address or link address, paste in your reply by pressing Ctrl+V, don't worry if you can't see it).

Other option is to take a screenshot of an image you like. Find a good one, and use Windows key Image + Shift + S, which allows you to take a screenshot of an area of your screen. Then paste it into your message using Ctrl+V.
