LIS, remained enough to sell on Barry.

Come on that was a fantastic performance on def. Late points mean nothing.

Packers have performed better than expected this year - no chance a change to coaches is coming.

Expiring contract makes it no contest and financially indifferent. He’s toast.

I’m with @YoHoChecko on this 4th quarter “comeback” attempt. I never once fretted we’d lose once we went up 48-24. It was extended garbage time and nothing more. Did MLF mistakenly put mass substitutions in too early? Maybe. But I never once feared there was enough time for a comeback outside extremely extraordinary circumstances. I won’t let that nonsense stop me from enjoying a great victory, though!
If my brain can play out extremely extraordinary circumstances, we are not standing hard enough on that throat.

It wasn't fear, exactly. I burped at one point and that pretty much solved it. I know rationally that it wasn't a big deal either way, but the first three quarters were nothing but amazing and the fourth quarter smudged it a little.

You have to understand how the 80's shaped my animosity toward Dallas. I want them humiliated to the fullest extent at every occasion. :box:

Aaron Jones’ last two carries for four yards also pulled him under 6.0 yards per carry

Should’ve kept the starters out

Jerry Jones just said this was one of the five biggest surprises in his football career and looked like a broken man. And one of the most painful losses he’s experienced.

Garbage points didn’t share the Cowboys the pain and humiliation. We did it. We shattered them.

Green Bay is suddenly becoming a really attractive job for DC.

MLF is secure. The GM is secure. The QB is secure. The defense actually has a lot of young talent. The Packers are starting to get some cap space and more impotantly a lot of draft capital that doesn't have to go to offense.

I think MLF takes advantage of that and brings in a higher caliber mind.

What impresses me is that each of the last three defenses we've faced are pretty good. Yet, our offense has enacted it's will, almost without limit.

Niner D will be tougher. But we have so many weapons. We have SPEED. The OLine is becoming very reliable. Love is surpassing expectations. And nobody has shown an Achille's heel against him now in how many weeks...

I’ll echo what YoHo said, he’s shown enough in 3 years, don’t think I can come around to keeping him. Just way too many times we’ve been out coached. Not always for whole games, but just situationally , 3rd and shorts, Preston on elite WR’s.

It can just be better. No guarantee it will be better, but is is a forever ceiling on how good we can be, imo.

But yes, it was a fantastic defensive performance, today.

Not to brag, but In many ways I credit myself for this win. I thought if I showed mental toughness, the team may also show toughness.

So I ordered door dash.

And it's not just the speed. This offense can draw up plays for any one of these guys:

Doubs - look at today!
Watson - deep threat, but also draws coverage
Reed - dynamic & versatile
Wicks - a technician
Melton - speedy
Jones - the man!
Kraft - run after catch ability
Musgrave - too fast for linebackers

To have a chance next week we need a repeat performance.
I believe the packers have a plenty good chance. Will I be nervous as hell? Yes. They are playing really good football right now and Baltimore Kicked their ass not long ago. The Packers are playing as good as anyone right now. If I did NFL power ranking right now, how could I not have the Packers top 5 ?
I mean there are only 8 teams left
Not quite true at time of post.
But yes top 5 and I am not sure the niners are top 2. This makes my point. Why cant the 5 beat the 3 in my power rankings. Packers are playing as good as anyone.

The cowboys were undefeated and dominate at home this year and the Packers just kicked the &%$@ out of them. Im definitely thinking upset #2. 8 quarters to the SB

Im truly not scared of any team in the playoffs. NFC or AFC. I would think the hardest tests would be the 49ers and Bills but I think we can beat both.
