Go Rams
That fumble by the Rams in the second half turned out to be the difference in that game.
All turnovers matter esp on the playoffs. Philly was outplayed but cleaner. Rams beat themselves.

I hope philly and KC get stopped next week

Early odds have Eagles favored by about 6.5 points next Sunday.

This apparent loss by Detroit is going to be devastating to the team and fanbase. It was supposed to be their year. Maybe too many injuries but I can empathize with their fans nonetheless.
I haven't watched Daniels a ton this year, but every time I have, he looks like the greatest QB of all time. WTF :idn:
Cry me a river. :rotf: :rotf: :rotf: :rotf: :rotf: :rotf: :rotf: :rotf:
Since some may not understand, I'll bold the part I was talking about.
I came into this world KICKING and screaming, naked, and covered in blood that wasn't mine.
I am prepared to go out the same way if I need to.

The weather may once again play a factor. It's supposed to be 34 and rain/snow in Philly next Sunday.

I'm sort of stunned that nobody here has hinted that the result of the Rams/Eagles today might be an indicator that our D is legitly good. We contained the Eagle offense pretty well compared to today. Heck, maybe everybody here already thinks so!

:-)

This defense is ok. They still don’t get stops when they need them and their pass rush is lacking. Kind of a one on the same problem. Today when the Eagles needed a stop a player we should have traded up for in Jalen Carter made a play. Crazy the undisputed best talent in the draft went 9th overall to a team smart enough to trade up for him.

The defense is who we thought they are and the stats say they are. They are a top 10 defense. Top 10 means above average but not dominant.

We need an impactful pass rusher and an upgrade at our #1 CB (beyond Nixon )to make that next step

Man I feel for Lamar. He made his mistakes this game but Andrews fumbles moving into Bills territory and then drops the tying 2 pt conversion.

Was hoping to see the tie, it I guess it wasn’t to be. Probably felt he had to catch and spin in thinking he was getting hit, but nobody was there. Could have just caught it first

I was hoping for Ravens/Redskins. I never really minded KC, actually like a lot of their players and coach. Was the same for the Pats for me, Loved the way they played football as a team. BUT, when Mahomes did his little slow down dance and flop on the sideline, that was it for me. $%@# those guys. It's way beyond smart and within the rules for me and has crossed over into gross disregard for the game, a complete lack of respect for what football is if you ask me.

Now I gotta choose between flopper Mahomes or Flopper Allen to represent the AFC in the Super Bowl, thanks a lot Football gods.

off field issues caused Carter to drop, besides we got Lukas Van Less :nono: we didn't take a shot at Jeff Simmons for off field issues to, we like our players squeaky clean. Phily already had two of his Georgia Class mates, they figured that would help Carter mature, and it did.
agree we need to improve pass rush, and we need to improve CB, otherwise I think Hafley has done a great job

once we were out of this, I rooted for my friends, and relatives who I watched root for Detroit through years and years of futility, reminiscent of all of us die hards who never gave up on the Pack, loyalty like that matters to me, now the upstart Redskins perk my interest, but is there even a formula to stop Barclay, that Eagles OL dominates a heavy box, and Shaquan rumbles for huge yardage, every game, tough chore for Redskins.

KC and the Bills might be the close matchup.

Commanders vs Eagles in the NFC Title game just like everyone predicted in September.

I'm at the point where, until the Chiefs lose, I'm just going to assume that the next Super Bowl Champion will be....the Chiefs.
