The question I have is this:
GB is going to want to run the ball with Dillon... on inside zones
So how will MLF and AR react to the classic double A gap muggings that Zimmer loves to deploy ?

Will they check out of those runs, or stick with em ? The vikes will try like hell to stuff the inside, so GB will have to either overcome it or using Patrick Taylor on outside zones. We really don't want Dillon going laterally - but that's probably what Zimmer will try to make happen :box:
I dont mind guy working off tackle. 1 cut and go.
We saw what Dillon can do if he gets outside cleanly.

Oh yeah....a Jimmy Taylor--like 50 yarder. Let's do more of that.

The Packers lunatic fringe is more visible because of sheer numbers. The Packers have one of the largest fan bases in all of sports. If the fringe percentage is the same as with other teams, then we end up with larger volumes of nut jobs. - JustJeff

So no Lazard or Malik Taylor today. This is why our STs struggle. Constantly changing parts.

This toe injury seems to be a real thing. Rodgers seemed to move around alright last week. But if it is limiting him, that sucks. Hopefully doesn't get worse as the season goes.

At the risk of opening up a can 'o worms, I've heard that SARS-CoV-2 can F up your toes. And after being raked over the coals for not being vaccinated, I doubt he would admit it if that were the case.

No specific reason why, but my confidence in winning this game is not high.

My confidence is fairly high we win this game.

But i think Patrick Taylor will be a key part to the game.

We need to keep their O off the field. Their run D is sus. Dillon should have a big day. But we know he needs his rests due to being a big engine. I think in those moments he is getting his rest, what Patrick Taylor can do will prove to be huge in this game.

I am of the belief the Vikings are a talents mess. I dont think they put it all together today. Packers win 27-17.

Every ST unit across the league sees these same type personnel changes throughout the season. If that were a legitimate cause for struggles, every ST unit would struggle.

Besides, the Packers ST unit has struggled from week one and every week since. Personnel change seems like more of a contributing factor than what is actually the root cause of their abysmal play.

And Aaron Rodgers with one limited practice session this week. This could be some tough sledding...

where missing some key players, Jones, Bahk, Alexander, Z, Gary's got a broken wing, tough to beat better teams crippled up, however 2010 showed us that it can be done as long as ya get the formula right, Hopefully Matt got this batch brewed up to perfection, oh ya our QB now has a presumed case of covid induced toe ailment, Good God can this team ever get a batch of good luck :injury: :horse: :bigcry:

defensive battle, and ours is better then theres, 17-13 :aok:

Time for the young backups to prove they belong. And maybe get a raise next year too.

where just going to have to shell out some real coin for a ST's coach, should have done that 4 years ago when we let a proven ST's coach get away, I forget his name so don't ask who I'am referring to, I'am not some freaken data encyclopedia

as to your comment concerning grouping all specialist as we do OL in the pickem contest, I think that would make it tough for our excellent punter to ever win, and he deserved it at least once this year, nice to not have to worry so much about our punter .

Yeah, I saw your comment in the other thread. And he did win one week. The week I picked him. It's been my lone win in that contest all year. :aok:
