Good news though. Gary ups his pff grade with another pressure.
Seriously? Defense played great, and you're gonna dog Gary?

I'd put Love at C-. He needed to disect some of those blitzes more. He just had zero answer for that.
He had zero time for that.

It a long-awaited field day for those for whom their draft prognostications are more important than supporting the Packers. Gotta thick skin it this week.

Love looked like a first ever game young QB. Who was blitzed non stop.
It will help him going forward

It was not a shot on Gary. Defense did play great.

that's definitely not true. He had plenty of time to destroy that blitz. Literally every defense would play that way if that were the case.

If the defense sends 7, you have to know where to put the ball.

Overall it was kind of what I expected. Knew Spags would blitz Love a lot. I was hoping we would be more creative in the run game. But the offense was similar to what we do with Rodgers. Love kind of got tunnel vision with Adams for a while there. We finally ran on 3rd and long and Jones got the first down! Hope we see more of that in weeks to come.

I prefer to keep Aaron one more year at least but only if he really helps us out cap wise and I mean future caps. Love has promise but definitely needs some more time.

Seriously? lol There were times he had more than one guy in his face before he took 2 steps after the snap. Most defenses are not going to continually blitz top QBs. KC took advantage of a young green QB. Love is absolutely not ready for prime time for sure but I did see some good things as the game wore on.

All in all the rest of the NFCN has to be pretty pleased with what they saw today.

Love was a D "at best", anything higher is grading him on a curve where the sample size has pop warner kids mixed in

Yeah I can get on board with a D grade.

Just frustrating that he couldn't figure out how to beat that blitz.

That being said, Love was about 2 plays away from being the best QB in that game.

Best case scenario - we know this team is a SB contender and got clarity for the future (it's not Love)

Yes, he needs to know where to put the ball when the D sends 7. To a tall TE with good hands but Tonyan is on IR.

Rodgers showed his value tonight - not Amari.

The 70s and 80s immunized me against a Packers game like this one. Yes....I've been immunized.
