Only way 12 doesnt play 65% of the snaps is if 12 gets hurt. Which is a real possibility.

We just saw the packers have almost no shot at the playoffs and he still insisted on playing.

HOF players want their stats, they dont sit healthy on the bench for a draft pick.

This "problem" is a non issue

The bigger message is "the Packers have almost no shot at the playoffs" turned into the Packers are "win and in" on Week 18.

7 playoff teams changed a lot of things. The Lions were 1-6 and were a play away in a Seattle OT game from the playoffs.

No team is eliminated until mid-December now. A three game win streak can change everything.

I’m seeing this already, in my limited search for tix at Denver. Gonna be hard to find tix under $400 there. Eish.

Agreed, that’s why I think talks of sitting a healthy rodgers over a draft pick is a nothing burger

They ain’t pulling rodgers over a late one or early 2.

Rodgers equals buzz, and increased revenues
:dunno:

While I agree with the "buzz" sentiment, it wouldn't be a difference between a "late one or early 2". If the Jets season is lost, they're likely positioned for an early R1. That's significant. I'd guess they'd give strong consideration to sitting Rodgers over some soft-tissue injury nonsense to retain that high pick. I know I would.
you are dreaming up a problem that wont exist. The Jets would literally have to be about 0-7 for that to ever cross their mind. And even still, Rodgers wants stats, the fans want to see rodgers. they aint just sitting a healthy rodgers. thats a fantasy.
I'm not fantasizing over any of it. I mostly agree that it's highly, HIGHLY unlikely any of this would ever play out. I was simply expounding on YOUR own dreamed up "late one or early 2" statement. :aok:

Late one if he plays and plays well, early two if they pull the plug and they suck, early one if they suck and he plays. It is what it is. Tomato, tomaaato. Point being, they ain’t commanding a healthy 12 to ride pine over a draft pick.

I was just debating you where you said you would pull the plug and force rodgers to sit if they have a bad start. I don’t see this scenario as a possibility.

I don’t think the clause was put into the trade to cover for the jets sucking, I think it was protection for the possibility of an old man getting injured.

Packers fans become savages when players leave for other teams, give us 66% of the snaps and step out in front of a cement truck you traitor :rotf: oh ya the Jets suck to, and loss every game, and don't call us , we'll call you :rotf:

I think this is a two year window, first year to get everyone settled in and give it a shot in 2024

Other AFC teams like the Chiefs, Bills, Bengals and maybe even the Ravens, will shove the J-E-T-S back to where they were idling watching the Chiefs and Bengals excel. There is plenty of history to recall here in Titletown that occurred over the past decade. T'was basically a textbook case of underachieving.

I just noticed we will be playing the Lions on Thursday, both engagements. That's crazy.

Earlier you buy the more you will pay. Best time is at the stadium with kickoff imminent.

Just bought tickets for the Bronco game on October 22!

I have great memories in that stadium too. I was at the game so many years ago when Favre threw a long TD to Jennings on the first play of OT. That was a great game. Seemed like it was over before the OT even began. (Back then, first score in OT won.)
Come on down and try some of our delicious green chili! Best in the world!

2 losses to the Lions in 2023 could be a reality. I sure hope not.

I remember trick-or-treating as a kid in Sheboygan and it being well below 50 some years. Finding costumes that fit over our winter jackets could be a pain. Has global warm...er, I mean climate change...had that big of an impact on temps since my youth?

Early Nov GB high is around 50. Often trick or treating is over 60. Rams have no argument trying to get the game moved, especially in early Nov.

I know what the article says, but to me the Rams are just as upset as we where years back when we went to Dallas or SF for 3 and 4 seasons straight, the NFL schedulers do this stuff and it makes no sense to me
