Losing AJJ is sorta a bummer but he wasn't going to crack the lineup on D for some time given how quickly Bullard and Williams emerged.

Losing DuBose is sorta a bummer but he wasn't going to crack the lineup on O for some time given how stacked our WR position is.

Losing Newman to the Bucs makes me wonder what's happening with the Bucs' OLine.

DuBose in the speed-obsessed Dolphins WR corps will be a nice change of pace and breath of fresh air for them. He'll likely be a bit role player, but should serve a purpose.

AJJ might make it into the starting lineup within a year with the Giants.

I'm just glad King didn't get claimed.

Saw we also claimed a kicker. Assuming we'll cut Joseph as the corresponding release but I guess no guarantees. Now that this is done, PS reports should be imminent.

The dude stinks and Gutenbumst STs draft blunders continues. JK Scott, Anders, and whoever that &%$@ LS we drafted was.
IDK

JK Scott is still very much a viable punter in this league. Last year, his 46.3 gross/42.3 net averages were middling but his 31 fair catches were 2nd in the league. Dude can still hang 'em high. Because Bisaccia couldn't get it out of him isn't on Gute.
Scott was out of here after 2020. Bisaccia didnt get here until 2022 but I hear your point. It took Scott 3 teams, 4 different coordinators, and 5 years to develop into a decent punter. My opinion is if a punter is taken that early it shouldnt be a matter of coaching. They should come ready. Especially the long snapper. Hunter Bradley should have been the greatest god damn LS ever.

I was kind of surprised they didnt keep AJJ as the 5th S who could duo as an extra CB if desperately needed.

Annoying about Welch. If I were him, I would also move on. better opportunities elsewhere where you don't get passed over in lieu of freaking Zayne Anderson on ST

Some other info:

Looking for news regarding Kristian Welch. Not on the PS yet and I think he deserves to stay. I suppose maybe he is looking at other teams where he would have made the 53.

But glad to see Kalen King stays a Packer.

Welch signed with the Ravens, his old team.

Good for him. That is a good team and they clearly want him. He played a good game against them Saturday. A lesson I learned during my faculty job search several years ago - prioritize going where you are wanted, not where you want to go.

Whoa, just first saw we cut Anthony Johnson Jr, that is surprising to me, thought he looked real good.

Wanted to keep Dubose around too.

Good problems to have I guess.
