Road: Minnesota, Detroit, Chicago, Dallas, New York Giants, Cleveland, Pittsburgh, Denver and Arizona.

Packers under LaCoach are too predictable now. Something's gotta change to avoid just scrounging out 8 or 9 wins. Staying healthy would help the situation tremendously. Need some blockbuster free agents for the Packers to become elite again.

These NFC North + Elgles, Redskins, Ravens and Bengals games will be highly anticipated.

I'm not super negative on bringing him back. I do feel like STs had a stretch midway through this season where they were solid. I can maybe see him getting better play out of the ST unit when he can finally head into training camp not having to try to coach up the Kicker, and can spend more time on the other operations. Also, the players being a little older and more experienced.

History says the ST will probably still suck, but I could see this not being a terrible move like our past few ST Coords.

We always churn the bottom of the roster so there will always be new faces to coach up. Having a professional kicker walk through the door certainly helped.

The Packers have a lot they need to address in the draft and I think that as of now, these are the three positions that need to be addressed.

Grant, Grant, Grant. Period. Just too much ability in a unique frame. A guy who will be elite and HOF if he plays long enough. I would sell the farm for him. But that's why I'm not a GM.

I know we need a DB and pick at 23. Grant is probably gone by then and I fear we won't trade up high enough to get him. So we probably find an very good CB/DB and I'll settle for that.

Thursday skills challenge was a pretty good showing for the Packers. Ultimately was part of the reason they were able to get the dub overall.

I didn't see much skills challenges, but did watch the obstacle race, tug of war, flag game, punting with kids. They loved it LOL

It was nice to get away from that silly game it became and have some fun competitive games with the games greats. Kind of what I thought pro bowl should be.

The pro bowl used to be a real game where the players actually tried. It hasn’t been a real game for a long time though, so there was no sense in playing it anymore. However, I find nothing of value in watching these skill challenges or a flag football game. The skills challenge reminds me of when I participated in the old Punt, Pass and Kick contests as a child.

That’s basically what it is. Let’s my kids watch the pros doing something they can do in their backyard basically. Just having fun playing around.

I can certainly see kids enjoying it. Back in the 90's, I had fun watching Favre, Steve Young, Jim Harbaugh, etc. participate in the QB skills competition.

It is just so low-key. Most of the competitions were done in a fieldhouse in front of like 500 fans. If the NFL is going to pretend it is a big deal through ads, tv time, etc., then make the event itself actually seem like kind of a big deal. The trivia stuff was just dumb.

Yup. Loved the Pro Bowl in the 90's. Loved the different drills, different uniforms and conference identity. Meaningless to me now. Mostly because I'm 34 but also because there was a considerable drop off in effort starting around the mid 2000's where the Pro Bowl Scores was just hail mary's.

The skills competitions were epic back in the day. The guys really wanted these meaningless ego titles and they went all out for it but still joked around with each other on the sides while competing. I don't know if that culture could return or be incentivized. The players do seem to still have some fun. But I tuned it all out pretty thoroughly years ago, as well.

The NFL players who decided to "play" to past pro bowl games didn't really care until near the end when $$ was on the line. Nobody blocked or tackled with any enthusiasm. In those games most of the guys voted in didn't even bother to show up (for fear of injury most likely) so it was mostly alternates. Yesterday we saw a lot of the big stars not in the SB show up, compete and have fun.

The only thing that sticks out in my memory now about the Pro Bowl.

I was at the Dallas playoff game where he snuck a FG through the uprights from deep to win the game. That was the best game I’ve ever been to. I still think on watching that kick go through every now and again.

I hope he enjoys his retirement.

And he made it twice.

Crosby was a rare kicker that I thought highly enough of to buy his jersey.

Adored him right from the start. First game. Clutch money.

First Field Goal of his career was 53 yards and he made it. Followed up with essentially a walk off FG of 43 yards to win the game. Packer legend.
