Great coach. One of the best of all time. It's interesting the dichotomy between Brady in the organization and Brady out of the organization.
This is a QB driven league. Not many teams are having much success with pedestrian or worse signal callers. Cam is not really elite.

The Dolphins, Rams, Titans, 49ers (last year), Bears.
That's actually a decent sized list.

I was pretty sure Cam was washed up, said so when they signed him.
