I think I got it. Page got screwy when trying to pay. Had to move to another computer and go back in. I made the payment but it says waiting to be accepted (bank shows the transaction). So I'm hoping everything worked.
Yep, same here. I was expecting them to send an email saying "You have purchased stock" and show an example of how it would look, but not the case. Email said to hold tight.
Yeah I dont think I am going to try it again and reput in payment info. I suppose I will just see what happens from here for now.
Just send me 300 bucks and I will print you as many stock certificates as you want. Stocking stuffers.

I'm trying to justify owning more than one share. Any ideas?

When you go to Lambeau and look up at the new jumbotron you can know in your heart you helped fund a pixel?

News said they sold $10,000,000 worth so far. That is 33,333 shares, or a little over 10% of those available. On sale into Feb. My guess is they sell around $200,000 shares.

why would they, fans are responsible for the up keep of Lambeau, this is always how it's been, when the team is in need, the fans have always risen to the challenge, thats the price Packer Fans willingly accepted when we refused to let Curly move the team many years ago, and nothing has changed, we are still a publicly owned team, since we don't have a rich owner, or rely on tax revenue, then who do you think should pay for repairs of the stadium? fans of course.

look if you don't want to buy the stock then don't, if you can't afford to thats fine, but don't dis fans that spend there hard earned cash on such a worthy cause, hell I've pissed away the price of a share on a over nighter, I bet a lot of fans have.

Back in the day ur post would be relevant. Teams dont hurt for money. Packers are taking advantage of fans at this point. You arent responsible for Lambeaus upkeep yoop.

People are making a choice to spend $300 on team memorabilia. They are willingly taking on the responsibility to fund the team in exchange for that memorabilia. The Packers are not forcing any unwilling person to fund the team or its assets. No one is being taken advantage of. It is well publicized what fans are getting into. There is no reason to berate those that chose to spend money on this. If you don't like...

Imo the Packers organization is taking advantage of the fans. They know they will pay regardless. Why do I have to shut up for having a contrary opinion?

Im proud to directly contribute to the longevity, viability, and continued existence of the Mecca of sports in our solar system that is Lambeau field. I don’t feel taken advantage of for supporting a place I love, and I won’t apologize for being apart of the history of the Green Bay Packers.

Oh, I'm not telling you to shut up. You are revealing so much about yourself in this thread. It's very educational. I think the Packers fans of this forum now have a much better idea of what to expect from you going forward.
