They should be happy they are allowed to even have a site at all.

There is no issue that I am less of a libertarian on than porn. BAN THAT ISH! Impose criminal penalties if needed!

What’s the world coming to when PornHub has to be the one taking a moral stand for your 1st amendment rights…

You think that is what this is about?

No.

My message was, I thought, blatantly facetious. I guess I should have taken a cue from Yoop and added a laughing emoji.

No kidding. Mary Jane should be legal everywhere. Then they wouldn't have to ship it. Dumb.

Is today 55 inch LG C3 OLED day? It might be. Word on the street Target has them marked down to $749 now. I went and checked my local one yesterday. They still had 2 in stock but were still at $1099. Going to head there again this afternoon and see if they still have them and are marked down further.

Been looking at new TVs forever. And don't bug me for only going 55. It's the best I can do with the space I have! I've got a 48 now. Was hoping to push to 65, but can't quite do it.

Got a letter today. My loans have been "forgiven" under the Public Service Loan Forgiveness program signed into law by Bush 43. Shouldn't be long until it is off my credit report as debt.

He or his admin didn't do anything. It was passed in 2006 through legislative action and signed by Bush 43. His admin just administered the previously passed law, as they are required to do. Actually, a little-known fact is that Obamacare increased interested rates by 1/8% on federal student loans to help pay for the "exchange," and Brandon was in favor of that. So if anything he cost me money over the years of payments.

the reason the loan forgiveness is now being enacted was because Republicans have blocked them since Bush proposed them, minus Biden and you wouldn't ever get them.

not that I completely support the loan forgiveness, however I understand why it's happening, do you? most people seem confused, the ability to purchase the most important and most expensive purchases younger people make are impossible to save for under the currant situations, imo those are the biggest reason and it curtails cash flow in this country.

just because it's had less affect on you,and some others, it is destroying the purchasing ability for most.

You both need to read up on the actual program I was referred to (and had my loans "forgiven" under).

Ahhh, I assumed your loan forgiveness was part of Biden’s recent overarching push to forgive a large chunk of student debt. Wasn’t familiar with PSLF program since I paid off my student debt as I incurred it. Didn’t have a need to familiarize with the various loan forgiveness programs.

Good for you, I suppose.

Knowing you through the persona you present here on this forum, though, I’d have assumed some sort of moral dilemma with accepting this loan forgiveness. Did you feel any conflict?
