Here's how this works:
Each day there is a new thread/poll, starting at #1, on down to whereever we get. The whole point of this exercise is to have something to talk about in the lean news months to carry us to camp. Each poll will be open for voting for 24 hours. New threads will only be created on weekdays. Ties will cause a runoff poll. You may vote up to TWO players (a change that was made mid-poll last year, seemed to work well).
Simply voting is not enough!
Post why you voted for who you did and provide a player to add to the next poll (every poll will be a list of 15-20 guys, new players added in bunches every few days).
Here's the thing. There is no criteria. This is an exercise to foster discussion therefore there are no clear criteria for ranking. Who is better right now? Who will have the best season? Who was better last year? Sort of a combo of them all? Do you take positional value into account? It really doesn't matter.

A name I've not seen any interest in yet is Kylin Hill. Dude looks like an Aaron Jones clone with the ball in his hands. He can jump cut, a rare skill. Before his injury it seemed like Gute hit one out of the park there. I'm not sure he's going to want to go back to KR, but my money's on him for PR. #3 RB gets a fair amount of action on offense. Hill might be the cog that allows MLF to go all in on passing to RB's as Jones has a really good backup that can do a lot of the same things.
Interest died down a bit by I can get on board with Barnes here. He's going to play a good amount too.
What to make of Tyler Davis? I get the impressing he's challenging for the starting TE role. Lewis, Deguara and Daffney are also going to get plays.
Love will be my #2 pick until he goes.

I am only going to vote for Love at this point. No one else is anywhere near his importance.
without blinking it's Lewis and then Barnes.
I will not vote in a player that with good fortune will never play a down of real time football ( Love)
nor any TE even if I hope they succeed against a guy that will probably sub in more then any other offensive player
nor a guy like Hill over Lewis and Barnes because as it stands now is a 3rd string RB, Barnes will earn this vote simply because of ST's play and Lewis is practically our 3rd OT, both will see plenty of reps.

The plain fact is that with 1 exception, if any of the players on this current list were to tear their ACL tomorrow we would also say "too bad" and move on, as would the Packers. Everyone except that 1 player is easily replaced and in the scheme of things it would not affect the number of wins in the regular season or how far the Packers go in the playoffs.
But if that 1 exception were to be lost to injury for the season, there would be total panic on Lombardi Avenue. That 1 player is nearly impossible to replace, for salary cap, for trade cost or for lack of talent reasons. There simply are not many free agent QB's available that would not break the cap or would stand a chance of winning a game. That player is Jordan Love.
