Week 1, 2022 Pick Six Challenge!

The Pick Six Challenge is back for another year! Pick the outright winner of the 4 supplied matchups plus the winner of the Packer game. Lastly pick your personal upset special (the team not favored to win). Points scored for each correct pick. Should there be a tie at the end of the year, the person with the most upset picks correct will win. Good Luck!

The Packers lunatic fringe is more visible because of sheer numbers. The Packers have one of the largest fan bases in all of sports. If the fringe percentage is the same as with other teams, then we end up with larger volumes of nut jobs. - JustJeff

Carolina-Cleveland currently listed as a PICK line on multiple sites. What am I missing?

I think Carolina is gonna be much improved over last year when injuries and poor QB play killed them. Cleveland lost last year's starter at QB, the replacement got suspended, and next up has never done anything in this league. Yeah, they can run the ball but Carolina's defense is generally decent. Playing at home also gives the Panther offense a small advantage.

Again, what am I missing?

I'd take Baker Mayfield over Jacoby Brissett in a heartbeat.

Once Brissett is inevitably replaced, either by injury or atrocious play, it's Joshua Dobbs or Kellen Mond to the rescue. Talk about a &%$@-show at QB.

This take is proving prescient. Baker and the Carolina offense looks like trash can juice so far.
