Week Three Games

Philly is for real.

QB is excellent with weapons, and the DEF is absolutely stifling.

I think PHI looks like the best team in the NFC right now.

This Lions team is going to be really good in a year. One more off-season that they do well in and they’ll give a talented roster with a mid tier QB. If they ever get a real QB we are in trouble.

Heard it before. They aren’t bottom dwellers, but they still aren’t ready to be a consistent playoff team.

Two of their top 3 picks haven't played yet this year. 2 more 1st round picks next year. As much as I $%@# despise them they are going to be good.

The Lions are looking pretty good after 3 quarters. Goff is in rythm. And their D is making enough plays to keep Cousins out of sync.

Cook just hurt his shoulder.

Lions up by 10 after 3.

The Boo birds are out in Minny.

The Vikes are lifeless, just the opposite of what they were in week 1. Jefferson is a non-factor. Y’all watch the tape on this because the Lions have completely taken him out.

The Eagles play defense exactly how I expected us to this year. Dominant pass rush with the front four, elite secondary players, complementing each other, selectively blitzing, trusting the corners. It's fun to watch.

Looking like bares and lyins both getting their second wins today.

Lions are almost managing to not completely give a game away. But they are about to punt with 2 minutes left.

Lions miss a 54 yard FG. Vikes take over with 1:10 remaining.

TD to Osborn. Lions will drop this to the Vikes.

Oh the Lions. They still know how to lose.

Miss figgy.
A 4th down attempt that they got away from what had worked for them.
A DB that had FIVE (count them) penalties.

They played well for about 51 minutes. It still takes 60 minutes.

My friend who is a football expert said that Broncos were a .500 team this year, and they really have looked a lot worse than the hype. Glad they beat the 49ers though. The SF owner seems stupid enough that Kyle Shanahan could wind up on the hot seat if they drop enough games. It would be best for us if he goes to the AFC.
