I am in. From now on the last shall be the first. But even this competition we will not win.
This team is just not good. You can see it. Remember our old times when sometimes we got sloppy and had to start to win? And we did bc we were good. It‘s different here. Of course the fish stinks from the head on, so I at least hope after the season Barry gets axed, I would not demand the axe for MLF+Gute (and it wont happen anyway), but I‘d be ok with it.
With tanking I do not mean to deliberately losing games but to put younger and benched players out to see their potential for next season, incl. Love, but I would not bench Rodgers, just give Love more time except if #12 is cool with it…which he should bc why risking health in a meaningless season?

I still think the line should quit blocking on passing downs.

We have way too much pseudo pride to properly organize a tank. True shame too because Bryce young is nice

They should 100% be tanking to land the top WR in the class but I fully expect they mess it up like how they heat the Jets in 2018 and dropped 6 draft spots.

I agree with you that giving snaps to younger players is a good idea. Especially to Love but also to Etling. But I disagree that AR would be cool with it. MM may have to tell AR again not to be a problem.

If we really want to tank though, keeping Rodgers at QB is our best bet.

Of all of the teams struggling besides us the biggest surprise is the Rams. Can you imagine winning the SB and the following season playing even worse than we are?? Has another reigning champ stunk out the place like this before?

Not in the NFL. At least that I remember.

Rams actually went “all in” (unlike our pseudo “more in than usual”), and they won a Super Bowl. Now they are very thin and out of juice and a little fat n happy.
If you told them they could win a Super Bowl but suck the next year, I bet Mcvay, the owner, and the fans would all accept that deal

My bet is we finish the season at 7-10. I think we have 3 more wins in the team. Chicago, Detroit and LA Rams all very winnable and could very easily see an upset at Miami or vs MN.

If Jordan Love shows any sign of competence against Bears we should bring back Deshoun Kizer or Brett Hundley to teach him how a tank should look like.

I expect Rodgers to play vs Chicago. Honestly this Bears game is likely going to be result in 4 - 6 games in the draft order. It's low key a big game for both franchises.
