Casey Hayward, ATL
Chris Banjo, AZ
Mike Pennel, CHI
DickRod, LAC
Ty Montgomery, NE

The longevity of some of these guys really surprises me. Outside of Hayward, these guys were all simple contributors who managed to carve out nice careers for themselves. Hayward, of course, was a bit more than a contributor and is having a very nice career post-GB.

The most recent club member: Amari Rodgers to Texans (or did he fumble the pen trying to sign his contract and they changed their mind).

Anybody remember Aaron Rouse? Had a pick-six against Peyton Manning as his big highlight in a mostly nondescript career.

Anyway, just saw a commercial for him. He's currently a city councilman in Virginia Beach, VA and running for the state senate. Didn't figure him for politics back in the day but he's making a name for himself here in VA. I'll be pulling for him.

As D or R? If R, I support. If D, I oppose. Simple as.

The one that still bothers me was sending Jim Taylor to New Orleans. Lombardi lost a lot of respect in my eyes for doing that

Didn't Taylor play out his option and sign with NO?

Agreed. Jim Grabowski, Chuck Mercein and/or Ben Wilson were no Jimmy Taylor's. Putting Paul on that list wasn't a good idea either.

Jim Taylor wasn't Jim Taylor the last couple of years, either. https://www.pro-football-reference.com/ ... ylJi00.htm
