Ok, the draft is over now. So all of you have permission from the police department to comment on the potential for a Wednesday Christmas game at Lambeau.

A Wednesday game is a terrible idea especially that deep into the season. I think it only works if the teams playing have a Thursday night game the week before.

Or a Saturday game the prior week, which isn’t unusual over the holiday.

I guess that’s true too. No difference from a Sunday to Thursday game. I just think you put a lot of stress on a team to do what would essentially be two short weeks in a row.

I don't disagree.

I wish NFL Inc would simply accept the fact that every few years the holidays won't align with the established football schedule and just let Christmas be Christmas. Unfortunately, it seems the allure of big ratings is too big a prize to take a pass on for ol' Rog and Co.

I will not watch football on Christmas. This is a day for family and church and God.
