Packers-Huddle Six-Pack Pick'em Challenge!

The rules are simple:

• Choose a winner from the four select games of the week

• Choose a winner from the Packers matchup

• Choose an upset winner from any weekly matchup

The upset pick can be from the previous five games already in play or any of the other weekly NFL matchups on the schedule, so long as your chosen underdog victor was listed as a kickoff dawg. For reference, a listing of Vegas odds can be found here.

I will maintain a cumulative tally of correct choices with the winner declared at the end of the regular season. You'll get a mulligan for two weeks, be it forgotten picks or a bad week, but the rest are on you. The winner will be declared at season's end for the participant with the most correct picks. In the event of a tie, the participant with the most correct upset picks will be declared the winner.

I'm a little surprised Atlanta is getting all the love coming out the gate. I figured that'd be a mixed bag when it came to picks.

I was also intrigued by the Stafford return to Detroit matchup. Yeah, I think the Lions take that one, too, but I wouldn't be the least bit surprised to see Stafford and Co pull the upset.

Are the 4 plus packers game picks to be made factoring the spread? Ie if a team is favored they need to win and beat the spread for it to count?

The only time the spread comes into play is when determining your underdog pick. All game outcomes, to include the dawg pick, are determined straight up.

I’m surprised that nobody has given the Rams any love. I think they have a better chance than most apparently think.

I'm surprised all the action on the as the dog. It's basically a 11pm start for them.
