Now we're getting there!

After a slow week one, the collective forum showed some signs of life...and football knowledge!...with their week two picks. @lake shark led the way nailing five of six picks, to include wisely double-dipping on the Packers, to secure top weekly honors. Well done, sir!

It wasn't all daisies and unicorns, though. Ahem, cough, cough...@YoHoChecko @Batgirl.

Alas, we also had a few members fail to enter picks for the week. No worries! Consider it one of your mulligan weeks as we progress through the long season. Don't let it become a habit, though! You're down to one more mulligan!

The leaderboard has started to take shape with @lake shark and yours truly sitting atop the mountain. The season is young, however, and it's still anybody's contest to win. Good luck!

The rules are simple:

• Choose an outright winner from the four select games of the week

• Choose an outright winner from the Packers matchup

• Choose an outright upset winner from any weekly matchup

The upset pick can be from the previous five games already in play or any of the other weekly NFL matchups on the schedule, so long as your chosen underdog victor was listed as a kickoff dawg. For reference, a listing of Vegas odds can be found here.

I will maintain a cumulative tally of correct choices with the winner declared at the end of the regular season. You'll get a mulligan for two weeks, be it forgotten picks or a bad week, but the rest are on you. The winner will be declared at season's end for the participant with the most correct picks. In the event of a tie, the participant with the most correct upset picks will be declared the winner.

Need motivation? The winner will receive a special gift from the Packers Pro-Shop from the Mod Team. See? Us Mods aren't all bad...

Keep in mind, the Packers are currently listed as dawgs in their matchup with the Titans. However, if Jordan Love is active, I suspect that will change.

If your dawg pick ultimately becomes the fav at kickoff, your upset pick will not count. Word of caution...

Okay I was reading the page, not the scroll along the top. They're way different.

Yeah I had done the same before I saw Miami chosen as the upset elsewhere.
