The Green Bay Packers return to the road to take on the Jacksonville Jaguars.

The Packers are 5-2 in the series, including wins in each of the last three matchups.
Green Bay is 3-1 in games played at the Jaguars, including a 27-23 win in its last away game against Jacksonville in 2016. The Packers scored 24-plus points in all three of the road victories.
Even though the Packers last played the Jaguars on the road in 2016, Green Bay did play at EverBank Stadium in 2021 when the New Orleans Saints were forced to relocate their Week 1 home game to Jacksonville due to a hurricane.
Green Bay has scored 24-plus points six times against Jacksonville.
Each of the last six games between the teams have been decided by single digits.
In four of the last five contests between the two teams, the margin was four or fewer points.
WITH THE CALL

FOX Sports, now in its 31st season as an NFL network television partner, will broadcast the game.

Play-by-play man Kenny Albert joins analyst Jonathan Vilma and sideline reporter Megan Olivi.
The game is also available through NFL Sunday Ticket by YouTube.
All Packers games can be heard on the Packers Radio Network, which is made up of 54 stations in Wisconsin, Michigan, Minnesota, Illinois and North and South Dakota. 97.3 The Game – WRNW-Milwaukee is in its third season as the flagship station of the Packers Radio Network. For a map and full listing of radio affiliates, go to packers.com/video/radio-network. Wayne Larrivee (play-by-play), two-time Packers Pro Bowler Larry McCarren (analyst), and three-time Packers Pro Bowler John Kuhn (sideline reporter) call the action. McCarren first joined the team's broadcasts in 1995 and enters his 30th season calling Packers games. After originally being paired together in 1999, McCarren and Larrivee enter their 26th season of broadcasts together. They surpassed Jim Irwin and Max McGee for the most regular-season and postseason games broadcast for the Packers with 313 at the 2018 season opener against Chicago.
The broadcast is also available on Sirius Satellite Radio on channel 94 or 386 or through the app (Packers Radio Network feed).

Looks like the Packers are wearing white uniforms this week. I don't know what color Jacksonville is wearing.

Away game vs an AFC team with no mutual history or rivalry to speak of, with a losing record, a week before a final push vs a division rival before the bye....

Needless to say, but I'll say it anyways:

This is a much better definition of a trap game!

We have a tough time in Florida, and the Jags looked like they bounced back a bit in their last game. That said, we had a stretch of hot weather games earlier so we should have a sense of how to deal with the heat, and this is arguably the worst defense in the league.

I can see a trap game but I doubt it will be one. Thrash these fools and then strap up for Detroit.

Definitely a trap game. Stop Tank Bigsby and we should be good.

Still debating if I want to go to this one. I’m in Panama City for another 3 weeks for NCO Academy but I have a presentation to give that Monday. Hmmm.

Distinguished Honor Grad won’t be remembered by anybody in a month. A gameday experience will be.

Go to the game, killer…

Lmao there’s no shot of that anyway. I’m kind of retarded when it comes to school. I joined so I wouldn’t need to get an education lol :rotf:

For comparison, I went to a leadership course at Ft. Leavenworth, KS about 15 yrs ago. Don’t remember much about the course but I damn sure remember going to see Tool in concert with Primus opening while I was there.

I feel like LaFleur has always been good at avoiding the tarp game.

Other than the W. I want a nice clean game, no turnovers on O, no special teams gaffs, and might as well get at least 2 Love TDs.

Would like to see Wicks and Watson forced fed a bit. Nothing crazy, but like 4 touches each.

I think the Jaguar defense is woefully unprepared for what the Packers scheme and motion brings to the table. They’re a bad unit as it is and will look even worse this weekend.

Similarly, Trevor Lawrence struggles with decision making and pressure. That plays right into Hafley’s confusion plan.

I see this as a cruise-control game by midway through the third quarter.

Packers - 34
Jaguars - 16

lol. We were woefully close against this very team in 2020 in succumbing to the trap.

Yeah much better definition, and if we were leading the division by a wide margin I could buy it. But we haven't drunk our own Kool-aid yet, 3rd place in the division, and still working things out. I think this will be a stomp fest by the Pack.

Of all the games this year this one concerns me the most. GB should win and dominate but the jags do have some talent and if you let them hang around they might be dumb enough to take advantage.

They have 2 talented edge rushers but the rest of the d can be exploited. Their O has weapons. Lawrence isn't very good but he has options and some rbs. The OL is decent inside but overall sucks

GB needs to bury them early and separate. Good week for Love to throw 5 TDS

"Trap games" are like Santa Claus...everybody knows about them, but you stop believing they actually exist by the time you're 12 years old

The 2024 Packers will handle the over-matched Jags
