Six-Pack Pick'em Challenge: Week 12
Posted: 20 Nov 2024 15:38
That about says it all.
We had our first-of-the-season perfect score in week 11 and it came during a week of admittedly difficult picks...just ask @mnkcarp! Congratulations to @Cdragon for reaching the weekly pinnacle of perfection! Well done!!
The perfect week came at the perfect time, too. Cdragon has vaulted into a tie for first place in overall picks and sits second to your humble contest administrator in the tie-breaking upset pick tally. @Papa John and @Backthepack4ever round out the leaderboard with several contestants lurking. The weeks are winding down and time to make a move is dwindling. Choose wisely!
Now, on to the picks! The rules are simple:
- Choose an outright winner from the four select games of the week
- Choose an outright winner from the Packers matchup
The upset pick can be from the previous five games already in play or any of the other weekly NFL matchups on the schedule, so long as your chosen underdog victor was listed as a kickoff dawg. For reference, a listing of Vegas odds can be found here.
- Choose an outright upset winner from any weekly matchup
I will maintain a cumulative tally of correct choices with the winner declared at the end of the regular season. You'll get a mulligan for two weeks, be it forgotten picks or a bad week, but the rest are on you. The winner will be declared at season's end for the participant with the most correct picks. In the event of a tie, the participant with the most correct upset picks will be declared the winner.
Need motivation? The winner will receive a special gift from the Packers Pro-Shop from the Mod Team. See? Us Mods aren't all bad...
The Four:
Minnesota Vikings @ Chicago Bears
Arizona Cardinals @ Seattle Seahawks
Philadelphia Eagles @ Los Angeles Rams
