Well, how about that!! When it rains it pours!!

After finally getting our first perfect week of picks last week, @Batgirl has matched the feat for a second week in a row with her own round of perfect picks! Well done!! And considering most prognosticators took it on the chin this week, that's doubly impressive!

The leaderboard saw some movement this week with @Papa John and @Backthepack4ever moving ahead of the pack with matching four pick weeks. The Ravens beating the Chargers on MNF sealed the deal for them. Double dipping on the Chargers cost your humble contest administrator (and a couple others) badly as I fell back a spot to second place ahead of a logjam of participants one pick behind that.

It's a tight overall race with the weeks dwindling down. It's still up in the air as to who may eventually prevail. Choose wisely!

The rules are simple:

• Choose an outright winner from the four select games of the week

• Choose an outright winner from the Packers matchup

• Choose an outright upset winner from any weekly matchup

The upset pick can be from the previous five games already in play or any of the other weekly NFL matchups on the schedule, so long as your chosen underdog victor was listed as a kickoff dawg. For reference, a listing of Vegas odds can be found here.

I will maintain a cumulative tally of correct choices with the winner declared at the end of the regular season. You'll get a mulligan for two weeks, be it forgotten picks or a bad week, but the rest are on you. The winner will be declared at season's end for the participant with the most correct picks. In the event of a tie, the participant with the most correct upset picks will be declared the winner. If upset picks also result in a tie, then total overall correct picks (no mulligan weeks) will determine the winner.

Ugh! I switched Chargers to Ravens last week, then switched back. Would have had a perfect week. Should have went with my instincts and gone Ravens coming off the bye. I thought the Chargers would run over the Ravens with Smith being out, but it wasn't much of a factor.
