He's saying MLF fumbled all over himself in his opening presser after getting hired too. Many thought that meant he would suck. Not easy to get in front of the camera that first time. It isn't an indication he'll be a good or bad coach.

The 49ers reportedly offered the Lions two 2nd rounders and two 3rd rounders for Stafford.

I read the other day that Stafford rates out to a trade value of 1400, so no, thats not a good deal, at least not if that rating is accurate, that translates to the 8th pick in a draft class, imo it'll take more then a few mid round picks to satisfy Detroit, considering SF will be picking mid to late per round, 2 late 2nd and 2 late 3rds isn't even 1000 trade value, imho no less then a 1st is going to get this done.

The 49ers are slated to pick 12th in this year’s draft. Borderline middle, not even close to late.
