The team, Bob Harlan and Mark Murphy in particular, have done a wonderful job in keeping the Packers financially viable through stadium expansion, atrium construction, and now further complex development to the surrounding areas.

Stadiums also seemed to have levelled off in terms of capacity. It seems new stadiums are opting for less is more philosophy and the push towards to 100,000 seating capacity seems to have all but disappeared. My question for the engineering buffs is if it gets to a point where we want to increase the capacity at Lambeau Field, what more can be done? Can they add additional bleacher setting on top of the boxes and expand further outward or is the structure of the bowl effectively maxed out?

I am no engineering buff, but I have heard that the structure of Lambeau will not take any more, and actually there will come a date that the current structure won't support what we have now.... No idea if that is true, just what has gone around town here.

I'm guessing Lambeau is not going to increase seating capacity and this is the reason behind the Titletown District. This development around the stadium will help keep our coffers full and the team financially competitive.

I'm sure discussions have been ongoing for years about if, when, and how to build a new stadium. The time will come where it will eventually have to happen. Whether that is in 10, 20, 50 years who knows. Having not been in GB for several years, especially since all the latest Titletown district stuff; is there a place they could even build a new stadium without first knocking down the current one? Wonder if they would have to try to play at Camp Randall or AmFam Park for a season or 2 while they build. Obviously not a conversation for quite a while. But I Packfntk that I think Lambeau is just about at capacity. I hope I'm alive to see what ever comes next. I'd love to be an old man, still complaining about stuff on the internet when it happens.

That I think would be tough to do. But then I don't know how much they own south of the current stadium. That would be the only place to build without tearing down as far as I can see.

Absolutely, let's get back to normal. Got my first MODERNA shot yesterday ............ so help is on the way.

I don't see any more Lambeau Field expansions or talk of a new stadium soon. Realistically ..... I think the back rows of Section 700 are too far away from the field as it is. I haven't been up to Section 700, but when I look up there from the lower bowl I really can't make out faces. In my opinion, the same thing goes for the upper area above the North endzone indoor suites. And also in my humble opinion the back rows of the indoor club seats along the sidelines are too far away as well. Seems like a stretch to imagine adding any more indoor or outdoor seats to Lambeau Field. The way the concourses were widened and the new rows were added behind the lower bowl rows 1-60, I can't imagine much changing. Gotta believe we'll get at least 25 more years out of Lambeau Field. Can't wait to get back to my favorite place on earth. The place is a national treasure. GO PACK GO!!

It is really neat to have in town. They have done a nice job with it, but they are not done yet. Some good restaurants there, Hinterland, The Turn (Golf Simulators TopGolf), etc. The ice skating rink is amazing in the winter and tubing hill is fun. They have a little bar up on top of the hill that is really nice in the summer to go have a cocktail and enjoy the weather.

Yeah, but some of them are like 750K. For a condo. Yes, look out and see the best sight ever, but for 750K you can get a rockstar shack in GB.

Well, some are that low. My buddy lives on Shadow (one street over from Lombardi) and has a tiny house that he bought like 10 years ago for $120K. He was offered $349K for it and did not take it. I called him an idiot. Think they wanted to make it a party (rental) house.

Yeah I thought about doing that. But I probably won't because I'm just not local so it doesn't make sense to pay a manager to do it.

There is a lot of reward if you do it right. I mean some of these places get insane money. But you also need to design it right and do a good job of keeping it up.

Personally, I kind of want to get to a point where I can rent a house out for the weekend. I think it would be fun. I'm just still too poor to do it.

But I think there could be demand for a smaller house rental. A lot of the house rentals are for 8+ and the price demands it. Well sometimes you want just a place for 4 people. Even if you require 2 nights on game weekends, you could probably get close to $12,000 on all game weekends for the year. Issue though is that is still not enough for your whole year and I don't know what you could expect to receive on non game weekends in terms of revenue.

If he's offered $350k, he basically would want at least $30k in rent revenue a year or he'd probably be better off selling it.

Backyard facing the stadium? There isn't much value if not a direct sight to the stadium.

Most houses in that area are $120k to $150k. I grew up in that neighborhood, on Rockdale St., parents still live there.

We have to be out of our house for like a week while getting our floors refinished.

Was kind of hoping we could rent a house like Behnke’s for cheap on the offseason there in March. No dice. Cheaper to stay at a suite at Lodge Koehler, lol.

No, his front yard is facing Lambeau. He has about 3/4 view, you can't miss Lambeau from his yard.

In the offseason it is extremely low. Know several people over there. Depends on what the owner wants, but the house next to my buddies is empty nearly all offseason outside of a few weeks. They make enough during the season to not worry about that though.
