Last mock before my final one for the contest. Went all out on trades with this one having 5 in total, even ended up with a future 5th of the Lions. According to the trades I made they were fair, but I'm sure they were a little out of whack. But here it is. I like the haul of players. I don't like I didn't get any Edge guys and only 1 OL. Missed out on some earlier WRs too, but I'm not as concerned with that.
2.35 - Asante Samuel Jr, CB
The prospects didn't look good at 29, so I traded down with the Falcons because Mac Jones was still on the board.
2.62 - Daviyon Nixon, DL
Lotta mocks out there with him potentially going to us in the 1st. Was happy he was at 62. Clark and him should be good together.
3.71 - Brady Christensen, OL
Traded up for him. His one of my main OL targets in this draft. He can play anywhere.
4.115 - Pete Werner, LB
Traded up for him too. Not getting talked about enough and I think he could go higher than this. Solid LB that can almost anything well and play in 3-4 or 4-3.
4.128 - Josh Palmer, WR
I traded up here too, and I honestly don't know why I made this pick. He's not even on my board. But seems like he could be a solid receiver but separation is his problem, which we have enough of.
5.148 - Khalil Herbert, RB
Another odd choice. There are things to like about Herbert but he didn't test all that well in some areas. I should have grabbed Edge here and waited on RB.
5.153 - Rodarius Williams, CB
He's a CB who had the right RAS
6.214 - Josh Imatorbhebhe, WR
He or Strachan have been my targets for late round WRs.
6.220 - Darrick Forrest, S
Seems to be an all around good safety that can develop. If anything good on special teams.
