Adam Schefter is reporting Aaron Rodgers wants out of Green Bay and doesn't want to return to the team.

I don't even know where to go with this.

This is so not the day for this.

I hate everyone.

Are ratings down ESPN? Need to drum up some drama...?

We spent ALL of last offseason on the "Rodgers is unhappy" train and then he gave weekly interviews all season long while playing at an MVP level and buddying up with his new HC talking about how he's basically the happiest and most zen he's ever been.

And now we need to have another full offseason of this AND have it take over the draft weekend narrative?

I'm just angry. This is dumb. Even if there's some truth to it, it's dumb.

I agree I think it's BS.

Legacy sports media probably is concerned about low enthusiasm for the draft. Probably just manufactured BS.

I dont buy it.

Rodgers and the team knows this is not the year.

Reported the Packers have offered an extension to Rodgers.

Drink up fellas.

It's also just wild how everyone immediately re-boots the draft narratives from last year like the previous 362 days haven't happened and Rodgers didn't have a great time and the team didn't have a great year.

FWIW, several minutes have gone by and the NFL Network is not running with this at all; hasn't been mentioned.

Not sure I'm buying this. But find it awfully coincidental that we had the 49ers supposed offer to that was squashed.

Aren't they in the middle of extension talks? This reeks to me of trying to drum up leverage to get the team to up its offer.

Nothing says "I'm happy and want to stay" quite like a contract extension.

Rodgers might have just planted this to put some pressure on Gutey to draft him a WR tonight. But overall i just dont buy it. All sides know the divorce is next year. We brought back his buddy Bak and Jones. Im not concerned.

I shouldn't be, but I'm surprised Rodgers would go this route.

I have Grad school finals this week. I do admit this story has added a level of distraction to my plans today.

I'm sick.

Like Nagler has tweeted...lets go Rodgers for Russ Wilson straight up and be done with it if Rodgers wants to be a horses a** right before the draft.

However, I am still skeptical.
