Packers Huddle

Some interesting games this week.

1. Panthers and Falcons - two teams fighting for that 7th wildcard spot potential with being 3rd in the NFC South.

2. 49ers at Bears - both teams kind of fighting for their season at this point as both teams have division runners pulling away. A 5th loss for either team would likely be the dagger of the season.

3. Jacksonville at Seattle - can Seattle keep the ship somewhat afloat until they get Wilson back?

4. Bucs at Saints - Big game for the NFC South and potential playoff seeding.

5. Dallas at Minnesota - Will Prescott play? What is the best outcome for GB?

6. Giants at Chiefs - I had no idea we the Chiefs on a short week while we are on a mini-bye.

Dak Prescott might not actually play Sunday.

After Prescott ramped up his intensity during a second consecutive limited practice on Thursday, his calf was reportedly sore. Asked whether Prescott would play on Sunday, head coach Mike McCarthy indicated that Prescott’s status is about more than just one game, adding there is a ton of football left to play.

McCarthy sounded like a head coach who is prioritizing Prescott’s health for the remainder of the season — not just this week.

Vegas also has changed their tune.

Personally I'd like to see the Vikings have plane trouble, forced to land in some Nebraska corn field with no cell reception for two days and forfeit the game with Dallas

Mike White is proving himself to be a pretty darned good QB for the Jets.

Fields has been not awful.

Man. I just remember the hand wringing in the 2020 offseason of how the 49ers "bettered themselves" while the Packers were stupid and giving up on their window.

My goodness how 24 games have proven that to not be true.

Ugly game.

MIA and BUF are 3 to 3, top of the 6th.

I have the Browns Steelers here and the Steelers tried a fake FG in which the kicker throws a pass, and the kicker got a conussion on the play and now the Steelers have no kicker.

Got a 2-point conversion QB draw called back for holding but still had to go for it from the 12. Had the punter handle the kickoff and kicked it out of bounds at like the 20.

Wild consequences.

Browns lead 10-9

Eagles up 38-0 and Hurts has 11 fantasy points.

4 rushing TDs by RBs and a defensive TD.

I hate it when the offense calls a stupid play but gets bailed out because the play gets broken.

Wo, Justin Fields just went from busted play on 4th &1 to a 22 yard TD run with pure magic.

Great job by the Bears' O not holding as Fields switched field and ran around the outside
