So glad I made this deal back in week 3. Henry is back to stud status while Harris has been benched on the roster I traded him to. I remind that manager every week of my satisfaction over this deal.APB wrote: ↑21 Sep 2022 16:38Just received an offer:
Send:
Najee Harris RB PITT
Receive:
Derrick Henry RB TENN
That's interesting. Two (so far) under-performing players who likely rebound...but how much?
I don't like Pittsburgh's offense but if they put Pickett in it could have an impact.
Henry has shown he can thrive in that offense. But are all those carries catching up to him?
What else am I missing? Any related offensive injuries I haven't considered? I'm inclined to accept at this point.

So, with one player left to go, for me, I am ahead 109.54 to 108.32.
Pittman is my guy.
Do I pull Pittman for Monday night and just go with the empty slot?
Worse case he catches a ball for zero yards, fumbles, and then gets a concussion....

Yeah, that's the danger. I think I just play him.Pckfn23 wrote: ↑27 Nov 2022 19:11There is always stat correction...Ghost_Lombardi wrote: ↑27 Nov 2022 19:06So, with one player left to go, for me, I am ahead 109.54 to 108.32.

I have a flex slot (PPR) where I'm considering David Montgomery vs the porous Packer run defense or Christian Watson vs Chicago and his explosive scoring potential.
If Fields remains out it'll likely hurt DM as the Packer D has one less run option to cover however we all know Barry won't let that stop him from embarrassing himself. Plus DM should get heavy usage regardless with Herbert out. If Rodgers is out I'm not sure it'll have much impact on CW. It might even help him.
Thoughts?

Flipping back-and-forth today on whether to start Justin Fields vs Packers defense or Dak Prescott vs Indianapolis.
Already playing David Montgomery in my flex spot and am a little leery of being that dependent upon a good Chicago offensive showing but we're talking about the Packers defense here so....?
Thoughts?

I have a sneaking suspicion we sell out to stop Fields running, but that is just me.

I went with Montgomery as RB2. He'll catch enough passes in PPR...hopefully.

Fields. He'll run for 100 and two scores.

I underestimated the Packer defense lack of motivation.

I'm tempted to insert Dobbins in there somewhere but just can't bring myself to bench any of the other RBs. Chubb has been struggling as of late but he's just too good of an all-around player to bench at playoff time.
I'm also internally debating the Watson over Godwin choice. Godwin is steady-as-she-goes but has (generally) a modest ceiling. Watson is boom-or-bust but lately has been KA-BOOM! Wilson also has a good matchup but I don't trust their QB situation.
Against Detroit's defense, I think I might take that chance. Wilson is already a WR1 stud.
Read More. Post Less.
Godwin over Pacheco. And it’s not particularly close.
Wisconsin Cheese Is Better Than California Cheese!
You don't think gameflow will favor Pacheco? I expect an early big KC lead then some run, run, running from RBs. I actually think Pacheco is in line for a nice game.
If Mike White wasn't an injury risk, I think I'd be inclined to play Wilson. With a significant threat of Zach Wilson seeing the field, though, I'm leary.NCF wrote:Against Detroit's defense, I think I might take that chance. Wilson is already a WR1 stud.
