Pckfn23 has paid me $20.00 so he should be up to date.
So you paid $20 last year, $20 for this year (-$40)

You should have won $60

And you got $20 from brandon

So you should be all set then, right?

Am I taking crazy pills or is everyone cut down a smidge early?
I’m still at 32, lol.

Hoping someone gets moved to IR today or someone sends me a trade offer.
Yeah I noticed you, but I wasn't concerned. You're obviously aware of the deadline, haha

Alright, I got down to 29.

Waivers are now open.

They will process first next Wednesday, September 6th.

So got some time to think about it.

Going to have to be less tight fisted with those picks!

Is the waiver order the same as the draft order?

I assume we're all going to put in a claim on the same guy. Hopefully he falls to me.

Waiver order should be same as it ended last year, this is dynasty and rolling, not redraft.

First waiver order should be based off last years' records and then continually rolling throughout the year (doesn't reset, you get a claim, you go to 10).

Although looking at it now, Nick is #1, carp is #2, is it in the wrong order?

It's set as reverse draft order, not reverse standings. I dunno why. I hate it and it makes me sad. But that's how the order is currently set.

Should we switch it? If we can?

Don't want to !@#$ off Nick and carp here, but I think it supposed to be the complete opposite order.

The waiver priority should roll over from last year. This is not redraft.

And you can't just make up different rules and change settings 10 years into a league without a vote.

It didn’t carry from last year, it reset to reverse of last years standings.

No, it doesn't roll over fom the previous year; just because it's not a redraft doesn't mean it's not a new year. It hasn't ever rolled over from the previous year. It's always based in standings. It's just the reverse of what people would expect.

The logic was, at the time, if I recall, that because waivers typically open RIGHT after the draft, it was essentially continuing a snake. I think it honestly stemmed from my entry into the league where as a new team taking over I got the first pick from among the defunct teams (Aaron Rodgers) and maybe also the first pick among the rookies, though I don't remember if it was in a second draft or the same draft.

Anyway, the consensus was that I got too good of a deal and that the team with the first pick shouldn't also get the first waiver priority, but I always thought that sucked and that was, what, 5? 6 years ago? I dunno.

It's also divorced from the draft a little having waited this long.

But yes, the waivers, as currently done, are listed in "the rich get richer" order. And it was done to counter-act the usefulness and impact of the draft being a "the poor get icher" and I'm pretty sure my team getting Aaron Rodgers had something to do with the decision. But that's all pretty vague

So I guess that is the settings that we have always had. But it should go off last years waiver finishing (That is what every dynasty league I am in does).

waivers have always been this way, it's been brought up multiple times over the years. I don't think you can change it for this season fairly, but we could all agree to change it going forward.

I don't have any other dynasties of the dozen or so that i'm in that have a waiver order, everyone uses FAAB instead to make it more fair for all. don't know if that's an option for fleaflicker. I've converted all of my leagues to sleeper.
