Why are NCF and I playing in back to back weeks... weird.

We should move it to like the week before thanksgiving. It would stand out a bit more.

Lots of great waiver claims this week that I wish I had noticed were on the market.
However, stoked to add Tim Boyle to my collection of "starters for now" at QB that reliably score me 7-12 points a week like they're a WR4

Fun idea we do in another league for draft slotting.
The bottom 4 teams have their own playoff bracket for draft seeding. Winner gets #1 pick.
Keeps everyone more involved during the year on the waiver wire and trade market, other than just ‘tanking’.
To be discussed in the offseason.

Yeah it's welcome to the Minshew/Devito experience for me, too, with Joe Cool taking the rest of the year off.
Side note: if you're looking for a cheap DFS option this week, grab Skyy Moore, who is set to experience the "Post-Curdoisseurs Bump" after having been cut this week. It's been good for a TD for Rondale Moore and Darius Slayton, and at the beginning of the season the PCB launched Kyren Williams into relevance.

But I will point out that I am active on the waiver wire despite being a team with such a young, inconsistent roster that could best be described as rebuilding.
No T-words around here unless you mean Thanksgiving
Not a huge fan of that personally. You’d most likely be giving a middle of the league team the 1.01. Many have talked about parity, the current setup is meant to create that. Worst team gets the best player (at least in theory).
I have leagues that do a losers pool, and a small part of the pot goes to that. With our pot being so small it may be hard, but maybe throw $10 or $20 for funzies. Haha.

Should be able have a fun little debate this offseason, 2 against 2 so far.
Could certainly tweak up the proposal some.
But could actually definitely help parity, I’ve been a tanking team before, I just basically checked out for the most part.
Perhaps we could also change to resetting waiver priority each week off record? And teams who just suck and aren’t active will just stay bad. Totally content with them tossing in their $20 a year.
Any suggestions to improve on the idea?

So, let's say with 2 games left, I am out of the playoffs, but out of the bottom 4, what's stopping me from tanking to get into the toilet bowl to get the #1 pick? Ya, don't like it that a semi-playoff team could get the #1.

Yeah it definitely makes more sense in, say, a 12-team league than a 10-team league. I get the concern.
Yep, brutal idea.

Massive seeding and draft positioning week. Waldo and I both off to strong starts; flea has it as a 51/49 prospect through these two games. Curtis Samuel lighting it up out of nowhere from the bench (hasn't had more than 4 catches or 43 yards since week 5; 9 for 100 today) might be a decisive roster decision
