Don’t see the value in a late 5 and 6 but
I actually REALLY wanted an additional 4th and 5th so that's a nice little trade for a very short move back.

But it's still the consolation plan for missing on pick 40. One pick. ONE PICK. This is a brutal fan experience.

I'm overstating things but it's friday and the drinks flow freely.

This is miserable. Missing The Guy by one pick due to a trade up is so sad. Nothing will convince me he wasn't the pick at 41. They traded as soon as the pick was in.

This was our guy for the secondary.

Hopefully we get Bullard.

It's miserable because it happened twice. Arnold was absolutely our pick yesterday.

Gute has 13 picks...he talked about wanting 13 or 14.

We will trade up tonight still I feel.

Can’t be mad at the Eagles or Lions for having the balls to do what we should have done.

Sucks, but I always love having more picks so I can't be mad. :idn:

Cooper or Kneeland would be fine

The difference between NFCCG appearances and Super Bowl appearances very well might by wanting to collect 6th round picks over giving up loot to go get the guy you really want

I disagree with that. I think WE wanted it, but the Packers were set at Morgan or trade back by all reasonable accounts. Sure they could be lying, but with the absolute lack of interest and moving up and the clearly frequent discussions about moving back, doesn't seem like they were angling for Arnold. That's tea leaves stuff, but I feel it. The team wanted Morgan at pick 1. They didn't get beat. But when a team moves up ahead of you and takes someone and you immediately move back--that's pretty sound speculative evidence he was a reason you were sticking around

Arnold and DeJean both.

Can’t wait to punch the eagles and lions on the mouth, dicks.
We're a beta male franchise tbh. The factor that causes us to always choke in the playoffs to tougher teams is the same factor that repeatedly causes us to sit on our ass during draft day, paralyzed, as we get sniped by teams that want it more than us.

Maybe. Trading back in the second last draft was the difference between getting Reed vs. getting Reed, Kraft and Brooks

Hafley and Gutey have said they like the CB room. This isn't a huge surprise.

For a trade to happen you need two to tango. Can't trade up if the other team does not reciprocate.

If the Packers wanted Kool-Aid they would've stayed pat and not traded down. Maybe they have other DBs they like.

Edit: There goes Max Melton. :swear:

OOF and Melton

Frack this round. Absolutely ruined us.

It'll be fine. We'll take good players. But good grief we needed these DBs so badly

You are just content with losing in NFCCGs. Some of us prefer being aggressive from time to time
