Is there a chance he'll play? I passed on him as a choice because I wasn't sure he'd play.

Personally I think Lafleur is purposely causing drama in our player pick challenge, with his secrecy on the injury report thingie, no one knows which QB to pick, or who is available in the secondary, come on coach, give us a break, it's the day before the dang game :rotf:

It looks like no one updated this.

But if I had to pick a MVP, an unlikely hero for this game, it would be the punter. Nothing was going right until he kicked the greatest punt of all time. It turned the game around and changed it from a horrible blowout into a competitive game.

Gotta go Reed as the winner. He was the only one out there going off on offense. I think Jacobs could have gotten one if LaFleur would just stick with him more.
Cancelled by the forum elites.

Voting for Bullard. For a rookie, on a day full of mistakes, he stood out as a solid playmaker and from my eye, a defender who managed to avoid critical mistakes. Tough, physical, and seemingly a perfect compliment to X.

Honestly hard choice. Debating between:

- X - no glaring mistakes and even cheated the refs for a difficult pick. Highest graded player on team per Herman.
- Bullard - one flashy TFL plus overall solid play. Funny not to have to worry about our safeties.
- Cooper - 4 solo tackles, one for loss, and recovered a fumble in just 21 snaps. Can't wait to have him on the field more.
- Reed - 139 yards and a tiddy, electric and didn't drop or screw up.

I think I'll go Cooper.

I can come out of Here's Johnny -running retirement for a week to start the next one tomorrow or Thursday your time.

Being without power is weird and tough. Kinda forces you out of the routines and one may find some good in being forced to be like a trekking tourist in one's own home and neighborhood. Kinda gives fresh eyes, but mostly it's just nasty. Hope you get sorted out quick!

This week's candidates with votes so far:

Sims
Bullard 1
RB Wilson
Doubs
Musgrave
Wyatt
Wicks
Cooper 1
Clark
Brooks
Van Ness
McKinney
Reed 1111
Watson
Jacobs
Love
Kraft

Not sure if @YoHoChecko was trying to pick Bullard or voted for him, please clarify.

That was my pick, not my vote. Didn't see he had been picked. Meh.

McKinney is suppose to have a pick a game, and 5 tackles, Reed is suppose to have a 140 yards a game, Wyatt is suppose to be a flame throwing dragster off the LOS, Bullard and Cooper are suppose to be tops of this rookie class, still for this exercise these two seem the most deserving since no one took Evan Williams, flip of coin, but since Bullard had a stop for a loss he gets my vote.

Javon "the Bull" Bullard.
