From Lambeau to Lombardi, Holmgren, McCarthy and LaFleur and from Starr to Favre, Rodgers and now Jordan Love we’re talking Super Bowl Champion Green Bay Packers football. This Packers Forum is the place to talk NFL football and everything Packers. So, pull up a keyboard, make yourself at home and let’s talk some Packers football.
I think MLF is content that the game is ours and he is relaxing. I don't like that one bit.
Is it Matt or the players?
Yes.
But seriously, if you had to pick any spot where we haven't hummed tonight, it's been the passing offense. It started out fine. But it's become poor the past three series or so.
Come on down and try some of our delicious green chili! Best in the world!
I feel like this loosely relates to my conversation with APB earlier about the importance of the little procedural things and how watered down the adherence to basic rules seems to have gotten to the point that some people are more upset about the penalties being called at all instead of being upset that coaches aren't instilling the basics and discipline to the procedural rules more fully and consistently into their teams.
I feel like you’re still not getting the gist of my complaint.
Nobody gives a &%$@ about a player lining up +/- 24 inches within the LOS. There are a ton of ways to declare downfield eligibility without these stupid alignment nuances.
You disagree, I get it. Some people live for administrative detail and discipline and coaching focus over where to line up. I just want more football plays and less yellow flags for non-impactful nonsense.

Suggest them. What are the better ways to declare eligibility pre-snap?
