From Lambeau to Lombardi, Holmgren, McCarthy and LaFleur and from Starr to Favre, Rodgers and now Jordan Love we’re talking Super Bowl Champion Green Bay Packers football. This Packers Forum is the place to talk NFL football and everything Packers. So, pull up a keyboard, make yourself at home and let’s talk some Packers football.
Ill take a 41-24 victory over these bums. I guess the trend with this team is a close 1st half and a blowout in the 2nd. I think our run game just goes wild against these guys. Grady Jarrett left their last game with a hip injury. If hes out of this one I dont think they have a chance.
Theyll give up a turnover or two and we will score before half and put them in catch up mode which plays into our defense hands. Easy win and onto 4-0.
Would really like to see the D step up here. Particularly want to see that pass rush step up and make life uncomfortable for Matty and make life easier on whatever LB's we are rolling out.
Without fans home field equals any neutral field. Still this is a must win, moving to 4-0.
@Mods At which point are we allowed here to talk about the 72' Dolphins and their record?
Falcons have an offense that can give us lots of problems. Their defense should be pretty exploitable. Def a game we should and can win, just gotta not look past the 0-3 team and handle our business the right way.
They are better than their record, but also 0-3 for a reason if that makes sense ha. Couple drives away from 2-1.

You can talk about it any time, but if we lose a game, it'll be all your fault.
The Falcons have the capability to score a lot, and our D hasn't been exactly great, so it's not a gimme game. I do expect us to win, but not without sweat.
The NFL was sage to schedule this one for MNF, all the makings of an entertaining shootout.

As long as we play to our strengths and not turn the ball over we should be successful.

No travel and home locker room is an advantage any game at Lambeau is not neutral field.

So this one I wouldnt call it a must win. I considered the Saints a must win because they are a playoff threat and getting the 1.5 game lead over them is huge. The Falcons are no threat for playoff position IMO.
Its a conference game so it does matter a lot but I wouldnt be super down if we lost to a team that 0-3 fighting for its season here. If they go 0-4 it is essentially over for them and their coach.
Looking at the rest of the season I dont think its too early to call an undefeated year. The remaining difficult games is the Buccs, 49ers, and Titans and all of them are just as flawed as we are this early in the year.

Plus a dome team from Georgia coming up to play a night game that is looking like it will be low 50's to high 40's right now.

Matt Ryan is noticably worse outside of his dome in my opinion. Dome team kickers are usually worse in the elements also.
Yeah. Its interesting though that hes only 16-13 indoors. Obviously hes the road team so theyve got home field advantage against him but damn are his numbers good but his win rate is low considering.
