There are no rules pertaining when you select your kickers. You may choose on a weekly basis (I'll be creating a new thread for each week) or you may follow my attached link to fill out your kickers to your liking. Know who's going to be getting you the most points in week 10 at the beginning of September? Fill it out!
I will be trying to update scores on a weekly basis, if I'm not able to.... be patient! In the event of a tie I will have a likely breaker at the end of the season. Playing this by ear. If I happen to win the game (not likely) I will be awarding the second place member with the gift card.
Below is the spreadsheet for those who want to add their own name and kickers by the week. I have also posted links of the weekly match-ups between teams, as well as an updated kickers depth chart by each team:
Apologies for getting the tallies up. Work has been hell lately.
Week 15 is upon us, where the Pack take the lead for the #1 seed, NCF has increased his lead by eight with a solid outing from Blankenship. He helped NCF get 14pts this last week. PackPower had himself a great showing from the late pick Dustin Hopkins, who finished second this week with 13pts up on the board. With my first double digit in week 13, in a little over two months, I've fallen with a respectable 7pts from Butker and the Chiefs. Our friend across the way only was able to muster 3pts from Wil Lutz, in what was thought to be a great game for Lutz - ended up being a dud - with the Eagles upset (first time I've ever rooted for Philly btw).
This year is shaping up to be one of the lowest scoring years we've had since the inception of Picking Our Kicking, as we're barely creeping up over the 100pt mark. Even with week 5 being our blank week, we've had years with players scoring well over 140+. We're going to need some big points being put up these last few weeks!
Notables:
- Pckfn's 2017 championship is HoF worthy, where he scored a whopping 184pts.
