Zero trades from carp, trudge or brandon.
I propose a new rule that if you are entering the draft with your original picks and only your original picks, you should be docked your 3rd.
Lets keep the activity up.

No one offered and I am not going to trade just to trade! I might have 2-3 trades ever.

I will say...
for all the people who want more trading and more activity... don't post on the forum "I wanna trade; here's what I got."
That put's the onus on other people. If you wanna trade, make the offers. Send the messages. Do your own research and valuation of the options. Don't come in here asking for us to open the talks and set the value, when YOU'RE the one who wants activity.
This may sound pointed, but it's not. I've had trade proposals with BF and pckfntk today. It was smooth and easy. I'm not chiding them or anyone, and my tone is not meant to sound harsh or directive. I'm just suggesting, like, the best way to get people to trade with you is to start trying.
That's why Ghost and I have had so many trades. Sure, sometimes you laugh and are annoyed at what I think is an opening salvo or my idea of value. But with some time and understanding, things can get happening.

I like having all the last picks of the round because it makes me FEEL like I was the champ, even though I wasn't.
I really shot myself in the foot this past year by VASTLY overachieving (through luck). I think at one point I was 6th in points and 2nd in W-L record. My team is not nearly good enough, though at least I got a little lucky in the draft with the Jags not selecting a QB early and the Steelers not selecting a RB until Day Three.
I got 6 of the final 12 picks... time for some lottery tickets!

I'm very interested to see how the QB/RB/WR value goes in this one. Especially with Tua likely to sit a year and who knows about Herbert. But I sure wouldn't mind if it fell something like this in the top 9BF004 wrote: ↑27 Apr 2020 16:33Mock Draft v.003
1. Curdoisseurs - Joe Burrow QB CIN
2. Trudge - Tua QB MIA
3. BF004 - CeeDee Lamb WR Dal
4. Backthepack - Jonathan Taylor RB IND
5. Pckfn23 - Herbert QB LAC
6. BF004 (from NCF) - D'Andre Swift RB Det
7. Waldo - Jerry Jeudy WR DEN
8. Tyrants (YoHo) - Clyde Edwards-Helaire RB KC
9. MadCity - Henry Ruggs WR LV
TRADE (NCF moves up to 10 with Yoho)
10. NCF (Yoho (Tyrants)) - Jordan Love QB GB
Agreed with YoHo, Dynasty is what opens up trades. We have a lot of opportunity to move guys, and you can get what you want, you just have to start the conversation. Would help if more guys posted their trade bait, what they would be willing to move, and what they are looking for.
When is the draft?

On a side note, looking to move some players and "spruce" some things up. Looking for draft picks, future draft picks, a package to trade up from 1.08, or RB/WR

Looking for 2020 picks, I have my full complement of 2021 picks available.
You might want to look at that 1.08 a little different. Hint:BF004 wrote: ↑27 Apr 2020 16:33Mock Draft v.003

Funny, with picks 3 and 6 and others, I’ve actually been paranoid enough to not share all my opinions about this rookie class because of the dynasty draft.
Happy about that right now, lol.

Yeah, I've definitely failed at keeping my opinions about rookies to myself, huh?
That's ok, since all of my picks come late. I doubt anyone's gonna be trading up to the 9-hole to snatch my favorite remaining player at 10. Even less concerned about 19/20, haha. I'm basically the clean-up crew in this draft. I'll pick up the scraps y'all leave in the alley for me.
Not at all. I still don't think he will be better than 2 other QB's in this draft, but I absolutely LOVE his landing spot.

Again, I don't know if I did not see something. Do we have a draft scheduled?

Welp, just got like my 5th offer from someone looking to trade up.
Suppose I should try to take advantage of that value.
I would be interested in some moves back, particular if 2021 or 2022 1st rounders are involved.
Would also still prefer to move up in some spots.
If you want more picks in general, let me know, I have 7 picks.

Good to know there is activity out there.
Again, do we have a draft date scheduled? Would be nice to get something on the schedule, especially since this covid garbage is going on, would be something fun to do soon. Had one draft already, another on the 15th of this month. Let's do this!

Below I have the past two years' schedules. Building off of that, I propose the following for this year:
July 6, 2020 (Monday) - Rookie draft begins
- Drafted players added to the rosters by commissioners
- If you have more than 4 draft picks, ensure that you have roster space for all picks
July 20, 2020 (Monday) - Waiver open; add/drop permitted within player limit, until....
September 7th (Labor Day, Monday) - Cutdown Day. All rosters must be at 29 active + 3 IR by noon.
Quibble with those dates if you must. Or... make it easy and let's all go with the flow

August 28 (Friday before Labor Day weekend) - cutdown day. All rosters must be at 29 active + 3 IR by noon.
Rosters are locked throughout the offseason. Roster Maximum set at 36 players, 0 IR (29 + 3 IR + 4 eventual draft picks is a fair cutoff). Trades are, of course, still permitted.

(NFL final roster cuts are Saturday August 31, so I wanted to push back our cuts until after that, but still have enough time for waivers prior to week 1)

Also, I am looking to slightly edge up from my #20 spot into the mid-teens; I have a 4th rounder or 2 if you're game for that. A little early to be thinking about that level, but I wanted it on the radar
I would rather have the draft earlier, but that is just me.YoHoChecko wrote: ↑04 May 2020 09:45Also, I am looking to slightly edge up from my #20 spot into the mid-teens; I have a 4th rounder or 2 if you're game for that. A little early to be thinking about that level, but I wanted it on the radar
It is never too early to be looking at your roster. Never.
