Yeah, I suppose. It's an a movie, so knock it out in an hour and a half and then you will be done with that anticipation and can focus on Saul.Packfntk wrote: ↑11 May 2020 12:18Yep, that is what I have been told. Also, people have said, right after we finish BB to watch El Camino (Before watching Saul)?

I've finally (and I mean FINALLY) made it to Season 4 of The Office. Every time I started with Season 1 I just could not keep going. This time, I was told to just start with Season 2, so I did that, and yeah, I can do it now. I still don't get the "All-time great" love it gets, but I like it to fill in the down 20 minutes here or there that I have.

Watch it. Watch it all. I never thought Seinfeld would be surpassed for me as far as sitcoms go, but The Office has done it. Incredible show.NCF wrote: ↑11 May 2020 12:38I've finally (and I mean FINALLY) made it to Season 4 of The Office. Every time I started with Season 1 I just could not keep going. You lost me at Scrubs.

Got started on Penny Dreadful and just about through season 1. Pretty good so far. Not for everyone but if you’re into the supernatural characters of old (Dr. Frankenstein, Dorian Gray, others) then you’ll probably like it. Good storylines and well produced.
I’ve enjoyed watching all of these from time to time but I just can’t get into binge watching sitcoms. Just never really liked the shortened episode format or the ever-changing storylines.
Currently watching the SpaceX/NASA DM-2 launch... Let's see if Americans get to go to space from US soil again...
EDIT: Got to orbit and recovered booster.

Watched "1917" last night. Good movie.
I came into this world KICKING and screaming, naked, and covered in blood that wasn't mine.
I am prepared to go out the same way if I need to.

The wife and I have 3 episodes of Man in the High Castle season four left.... I can't wait to finish this show. Been a long time since I've seen a show's quality drop so much.
Also on season 9 of the X Files. This season is terrible.

Starting The Terror season 1. First episode very solid. Arctic exploration in 1840s is scary in itself, and I hear there be monsters. Honestly interested in whether those are even needed.
MITHC lost me mid-season 2. Started going all crazy and I lost interest. Based on what I’ve read here, glad I didn’t stick it out. Sounds like it just really went off the rails.TheGreenMan wrote: ↑03 Jun 2020 15:11The wife and I have 3 episodes of Man in the High Castle season four left.... I can't wait to finish this show. I started on The Last Kingdom recently. Have got to season 2 ep 3 and it’s growing more and more on me. Took about 2/3 through season 1 before the hook got set but have been looking forward to each new episode since.
The Last Kingdom isn’t a masterpiece but it’s good fun! The new season was very good.
ZeroZeroZero is the best show I have watched this year.
Plenty of subtitles but worth it.

It got really bad. Wife still loves it though.

I jumped off that ship after season 2. Great premise undermined by ever-worsening writing.
The Plot Against America is a much better variation on the theme. In it, the Nazis don't occupy the US by force, they do it by getting elected...

I downloaded it once done so not sure - I think it is amazon produced though so likely available there.
