I just want to know the compensation.

I could genuinely go from elated to deflated based on realistic compensation scenarios. The range of possible outcomes is so wide
I just want to know if the deal is really done. Will an announcement be made today?
I'm feeling like no.

But we'll finally get confirmation today that Rodgers is going to play and is going to take the trade while compensation gets worked out.

Is Rodgers demanding NY sign his buddies or is NY doing this to entice a reluctant QB to sign with them?
Considering Rodgers has done this before and the trade is delayed (for some reason), what do you think?
Done this before? What am I missing here? This is the first time trading Rodgers away was a real possiblity.
When he held out a couple years ago and through sources threatened to never play for the Packers again, one of his conditions was for the Packers to acquire Cobb.

Anyway, it’s already been confirmed that Rodgers has presented the Jets with a “wishlist”. The Jets have already signed one off the list.

So, a recent report is that GB wants multiple 1sts and NY doesn't want to pay that. AR does want to play for the Jets.

Why would GB's GM let AR talk to NY if compensation was not already agreed upon?

If that is true, then Gutey f'ed this up.
Some many here are so quick to draw such weird and absolute conclusions.

Sounded somewhat like A) Aaron needed to be talked out of retirement B) Jets need to know Aaron's level of verbal committment, 1 year, 2 year, 3 years, before they could consider trade compensation. C) We still don't know what we don't know on the Packers end, Aaron's end, Jets end.
Yeah, the word if is really absolute. Idiot.

Ho hum…. just recently I have started reading posts here.
My question… what would you be doing right now if there wasn’t so much cutting edge drama in Packers Nation!

confirmed by who? I'd like to see that confirmation

also He threatened to hold out, thats a lot different then holding out, and Cobb was not the reason why.

He wanted Cobb because the WR group was thin

I sort of hate giving into the attention-seeking, but I also just want to hear it myself so I get context and tone to whatever quotes get spread

If the Packers aren't seeking multiple 1st rounders then what is honestly the hold up here Jets?

Even the money isn't a big deal here. Just spread it out. Or better yet...it's already spread out for you! If you want the guy...make the trade. Yes. Life has a cost.

To be fair, I have watched no less than 4 hours of insider NFL experts saying "we just don't know what he's thinking" over the past 3 days
