The game I didn't end up watching we win.
Maybe I shouldn't watch tonight too.

Houser is a beast... he did the same thing to the Sox a week before the season started

He's definitely coming into his own. Much better pitching than we've seen from him the last two years.

Just reading the box scores lately, but it looks like they may have something there.

With the way we've been hitting and the Sox being a decent team. I'll take the split.

Man what a crappy way to end that game last night. Score 3 in the 9th to tie it up, all to lose it in the 12th.

I’m still undecided on how I feel about the new rules with extra innings.. it feels wrong but it does avoid crazy 6 hour games.

There was something about those long "6 hour games" though. Even if you had to work the next day... do I go to sleep or wake up some time later to see we won. A lot of them do end on something exciting, but every now and then you can see it in everyone's faces that they're just waiting to get out of there.

I haven't followed them close this season so far. But I don't get it. Pitching carried them for a bit. No offense. Now offense is sort of picking up and pitching sucks. I think they could make the playoffs with this push, but I don't expect much.

Pitching hasn't been that bad actually. Pin looks good. Burnes looks much better, Suter is playing well, never know what Houser you're going to get though.
Good win last night, but to make the playoffs we're gonna have to kill it this last week. Like, only lose one or two.

Well ........... the Washington Nationals are now 19-31. Same start as last season.
My #2 team is always the Brew Crew regardless where I've lived.
GO PACK

I haven't been following real close, but it seems they never even made a really strong push. A few wins here followed by a few losses there isn't going to cut it. Just no consistency.

They have had a devil of a time going over .500. Both the starting and bullpen have been good enough but the hitting has not. Yelich and Hiura have been dismal. Yeli is batting around .200 and has only 11 homers in 56 games.
