don't remember to well, but I wasn't that down on the pick, I've always said often CB's start early, and he did, I don't memorize who I did or didn't like.

just struck me odd, our only options given are complainer option, other then Love and Gary I've liked our first round picks
BUT you didn't like Stokes, your own quotes prove that...

The only options are there as a joke, FYI.

FFS my quotes don't show that I hated the pick, thats you bloviating anything anyone says as usual, I got the joke to, just didn't like it, and I don't have to explain myself, if I don't like the options, I'll ask for something else, if you can do it anyone can.

FYI, didn't say you hated the pick. You certainly didn't do this:
myself, I defended the pick
So to say you didn't like the pick, is not wrong.

Sorry you didn't like the joke.

I once did a "blackout" on the draft, didn't tune in and avoided all things NFL until Day 2 was nearly over. Probably not advisable for draft superfans, but I did find it kind of nice.

Well, I have a Final that starts at about the same time and will go for most of the event, not including half hour drive back home. So I'm probably gonna do that again.

This is my favorite weekend of the year.

I love the draft process and hope to never miss it. It's a celebration that I get to cheer on every pick for us and be optimistic after every pick.

The 2018 Draft Class SUCKED. But damn did I have fun and think everyone was a great pick that weekend. :aok:

I'm kinda in the same boat tonight. I have a track meet and might not get back until 8:30 or 9! Hoping we don't pick before I get home!

oh please, your gonna make me barf  most people your age ( no slight) feel the same way, I know I did when I was your age, call me callous but I've watched a ton of drafts and not every pick excites me any more, I also don't have near the insider info of a GM so obviously I'am going to be wrong at times, but whats went on concerning supplying Rodgers with receivers is beyond my comprehension, and I'am not alone, most football people agree with me.

I'm with ya! Love this weekend. I wish I had the time and patience to really dig into prospects and know what I'm doing. But this is my favorite part of football. When I play Madden, I tend to spend the most time on the offseason or building a team from scratch in a franchise draft.

It should be a time of endless optimism. You trust your team drafted you a bunch of hall of famers! I'll be finding the positive in every prospect we draft.

@BF004 Can you make it so we can select all options in the poll?
Why the hell not. Done.
I need an option that states this pick shows the front office is not serious about winning and/or the front office is disrespecting Aaron Rodgers with the pick. 8-)
HEHE! Told you we needed those options!

No need to to tell us now what you think you thought about Stokes.

Seems like yoop and lupe were the only two who didn’t like the pick.

plenty of people had questions just as I did, in fact almost everyone here, course unlike me or Lupe you'll quickly warm to just about any pick YOUR GM makes, no matter how they do :box:

Well that quickly turned from, since he is good, I must have defended the pick from you idiots, to oh I didn’t like him, that’s just because you guys are idiots.

If I didn’t know you so well, I might be offended.

Lol

Thanks for sharing that thread. It was nice to re-read all the nice things I said about stokes. Only negative I said was that he was soft in the run game and got run over alot at UGA....I didnt really notice that being a problem in his rookie year. Which is awesome.

I said he popped off the screen, was lightning fast, and was a playmaker....all we need for him in year two is to have been hitting the juggs machine in the offseason. He was awesome year 1!!

well what do you expect, go read those pages, almost everyone questioned something about Stokes just as I did, Lupe far more then I didn't like the pick, yet you lump me in with him.

Like I said and I believe is accurate, it appears only you and lupe didn’t like the pick. Is that incorrect?

Which is fine. I didn’t like Gary and was proven very wrong.

You can just say I had some legitimate concerns about Stokes, but he exceeded my expectations. That would probably garner a little more respect, than you know, lying about your stance and then insulting other people.

I bought into Stingley at #3. But wouldn't surprise me at all to see a QB or Jermaine Johnson go there.
