Hey, @lupedafiasco was very complimentary of our offense on the first drive. The D will be fine. They showed signs of what the pass rush can do, already. Just have to scheme to stop the run and get them into must pass situations. Disappointing from Pettine. I would have preferred an 80 yard TD pass to getting the ball crammed down our throat like they did. Have to fix that.
The offense looks great. I’m loving the game plan. Rodgers using checkdowns well. Not sure why the play lock is still at 1 at the snap. Taking way too long to get the play in and players lined up.
It doesn’t matter how good the pass rush is if they can’t stop the run and they just got completely shredded. Until they show me they can do it they can’t. The run defense looks the same to me. Probably because it’s the same weakness at ILB and DL.

MLF: "Aaron, WTF? I told you about wasting TOs!"
ARod: "But Coach, I waited until the 2nd quarter. What more do you want?"

If it's coming back, give it right back to him. Don't need to get cute.

More blame lies at the feet of the OLBs are this point. Watch the TD again. OLB immediately locks hips to the inside and gets washed down the line. Cooks walks in. That is frustrating, because it was the same issue we had in the NFCCG. Hopefully they get it figured out in a hurry.
