Evidence part 4739030484939:
Gutes a douche
One of Gute's biggest problems is that he is completely clueless on how to communicate or the importance it plays in an organization.
It’s something that hasn’t gotten better. If anything its gotten worse over the years.

To be honest, I don't find what Gutey said -- I'm "not big on messaging [with or to] the fans" to be particularly revelatory or surprising.
I've got to think that any Packer fan paying attention knows by now that Gutey doesn't care what fans think about how he conducts his business as GM of the Packers.
Gutey has but one person and one person alone to please and that is Team President and CEO Mark Murphy.
Nobody has ever accused Gutey of being loquacious and no one would care about his disinterest in communicating with or to Packer fans if the team was 5-2 as opposed to 2-5.
To me, the interesting aspect of the video is that Nagler is at least implicitly criticizing Gutey.
I consider Nagler to be one of the biggest homers among those who "cover" the team and I cannot recall him saying anything negative about Gutey before.

It's clear that Gutey needs to get a bagging groceries gig going soon. The man has been a frustrating cluster since we learned how to pronounce Gutekunst, and switched to either Gutey or Effen Gutey. There are others too .............

What are some things you would like to see the Packers accomplish by the end of the year?
Hard to argue the defense has looked better. Still not sure if they quite playing up to their potential. I would like to see LaFleur and/or Barry remain more aggressive. The long bend bend bend drives they allow just don't work. I am fine with LaFleur and Barry being back next year and long term, but it needs to be earned. So that D really needs to end very strong, hopefully top 8 in yards and scoring. Ideally top 5.
I would like to see Sean Rhyan play. Path to least resistance this offseason if letting Runyan walk and letting Rhyan step in. Keep that position on a rookie contract. At least he's finally ahead of Newman in the pecking order, he looked good yesterday, physical. Really beat up Aaron Donald on a couple snaps on the way to a great drive that ended in a walk in rushing TD.
I think we need to see if we have a long term LT option on the roster (Jenkins or Tom). Nijman probably not gunna be worth the resign, and he's struggling to get snaps over Walker. And Walker isn't the guy. Our first round pick going to be so much more freed up if we have an LT. Maybe you still take one, but if you don't 'need' one. If we got a QB, LT, CB's and Pass Rushers, and even IDL. Just completely free to take the best player or move for someone special. Kind of don't like the idea of just blindly moving one there next offseason either. I'd like to see something now. Think they should have done that over the bye. Jenkins, Rhyan, Myers, JRJ, Tom should be an offensive line I'd like to see. Not sure if that is our best 5 right now, but that would be most ideal going into future years if that works.
Need to see Love and WR's getting better. Completion % overall for Love, and to individual targets. Doubs is barely cracking 50% completion rate per target, he needs to get that up. Musgrave's and Reed's are actually both good, but those need to stay good and get better. Give where Love is now, like 59% completion % I think, if he can get that up to 63-65% by the end of the year, that's gunna be a really good sign. Not sure what to want even expect from Watson, just stay healthy and be a contributor. Finish the year strong and act like a quality NFL WR.
No more completely inept halves/games where we don't look like an NFL team. They need to be prepared and mentally in it. They are talented enough to do so, those lapses are just inexcusable at every level.
Anything to add?

I don't care about the rest, but unless we make a surprising late season run, I'm all in on a Jaguars/Lions Super Bowl. No desire to watch any of the other same old teams in there.

If the Lions win the Super Bowl, the best part about that would be that they got a Super Bowl before the Vikings, who have had much better success over the last 50 years.

Well, the Lions did win 3 NFL championships in the 1950s. Obviously nothing since then though.

It means the packers have lost close games and beat the heck out of the bears
