We were the better team the first half.
Not so sure to be honest with you.

I don't like zone without pressure. Too much time to find a seam.

Only thing that could have been done would be for redmon to pass the inside slot guy off to summers earlier, but really just a well executed play against the defense that was called.

Three loose balls that bounce NO's way.
An absolute horse crap holding call on a pass rusher that had zero impact on the play that gifted a 1st down when it was 3rd and long.
A conversion because our 4th safety can't make a play on 3rd and 15.
The Saints had a lot go their way.
It's turning into one of those nights.

Welp at the half just too many mistakes. Not much to adjust for in terms of scheme. You can’t make players tackle, pursue, and rally. The offense has been moving the ball. Gotta actually punch it in the end zone and cut back on mistakes.
The main reason we are losing is obvious. There is no reason Turner is in there instead of Wagner considering how well he is played.

It would be great if we ever got any production from the Smith boys this year.

I mean the Saints were penalized a horse collar that wasn’t and offensive pass interference that wasn’t. Officials have been bad all around. They’ve got nothing to do with poor tackling from everyone not named Alexander.

Need to go Belichick here and just put Amos or Savage on Kamara every play. Why are we covering their absolute best player with our absolute worst defender in Summers

I agree on the horse collar. But the impact of a play where we were moving is different than the impact of our defense rolling from a Keke sack and going into 3rd and 12 and then the refs gift that offense a set of downs.

It’s hard to get a consistent pass rush going when the run defense is keeping offenses on schedule and the interior can’t cover anything over the middle.
But we got an inactive QB instead of a DLineman or ILB so we’re doing just fine.

I mean at one point the rbs had 134 of their 136 total yards...like take Kamara out of the game already wth
