Yes. Because you should be aware of it.

It's chapped my a$$ for years now.

The Packers are actually incredibly predictable the last 15 years.

Pre Matt LeFluer:
We usually win week 1 but have 2 losses by week 5. Our death stretch is always late October - late November where we usually expereince 3 losses and as a rule one of them is back to back.

We then enter December with 4 - 5 losses and almost always go 4-1 in December with a loss on the road to end the season at 10-6 or 11-5. Your outlier years usually is a result of being 4-1 rather than 3-2 at Week 5 to get us to that 12-4/13-3 record.

Matt LeFluer Era
Our offense is absolutely terrible week 1 and we call it "preseason"
We always lose after the bye week and lose miserably
We always lose a game in early November that we should have won

We end the year 13-3

I hope this is real.
Fields' totals - 2021 = 1870, 2022 = 2242, 2023 = 1370

Love's 2023 total, so far = 2331

I think short memory has the advantage as all things seem new and exciting, such as Winning on opening week of deer season and forgetting that it's the first time in 7 years, anyway thats my excuse and I'am sticking to it

Huh.

I was very much thinking we would be bringing back Patrick Taylor. I guess Robinson is our guy on Thursday

Who's doing the gameday thread for Turkey Day? I can if no one else has time or wants to.

I don't think they want to add anyone to the 53 at this point. They can elevate guys from the PS. Taylor is on the Pats PS I think.

We would have to sign him to the active roster. That's probably the biggest reason we don't given our injury situation at the moment.

I gotta see if I can parlay this win into a streak. If I lose, you are up!

I guess they wanted Taylor back, too. Makes me wonder what they saw on Jones' MRI that has them going out and signing two RBs back to the roster/PS.

I’ve ping wondered why Levitt was here. He’s been a special team ace that isnt very good. He doesn’t have any upside defensively.

Just overall a useless player.

He was Bisaccia's guy.

Lesson to all players: if you're a one-dimensional, marginal ST player, don't get into a !@#$ match with the HC on the sideline after you're called for two penalties on the opening kickoff. The ST coach protective umbrella only extends so far...

That LB we called up from the practice squad, Welsh, has a lot of ST experience, and we have a number of other guys who have ST value *and* can play O or D, especially with Patrick Taylor back on the roster.

We probably should have done this weeks ago; I guess Leavitt's antics last Sunday pretty much took away any argument from Rich to keep him around.

And who needs Leavitt when we also have Zayne Anderson?

Leavitt got reamed by MLF in that game for his penalties. He's been mostly bad this year. Don't care he's gone.

Fun little note on Taylor.

So Musgrave is in the hospital with a serious injury. No other details yet.

He *was in the hospital but he's home now. Not looking likely he'll be available for Thanksgiving Day game.
