Breaking the third round curse??

:worship:

I hope this leads to abandoning the Kyle Juszczyk fix that LaFleur seems to have. So much more you can do with 2 dynamic TE's as long as they are not inept blockers.

God damn it, how is this season almost over already? Wasn't it just Labor Day Weekend?

So, essentially, the one thing Joe Barry's defense is designed to stop...it doesn't.

I guess if he doesn't want to be here, get him gone. Hopefully by draft day

Wonder what it could be with Jaire? maybe he just hates sitting in soft zones when he wants to man up on the opponents best receiver.

It's actually a pretty good draft to need a CB. Anyone want some Kool-Aid?

after watching yesterday I don't think what happens with Alexander matters much, the two positions that need a influx of talent most out of this draft is OL and CB

How many more star players are going to say they will never play for this organization again before we acknowledge we have a management problem.

I'm not disagreeing with him if that's his position, but I don't like the taste of guys just refusing to play or distancing himself from the city, team and fans that have supported him. If this in fact what is going on.

I wanted to trade Jaier this year. You trade when value is perceived to be high. I fear his value will decline now.

I wanted to keep Douglas and Alexander, just like I wanted to keep Gary, Clark, or any other GOOD players and trade out a lousy DC. but thats me.

For the record, I do not want to trade Jaire. I doubt whatever he is thinking right now is truly final. Bring in a worthwhile D-Coord and I can see him cooling down. He reportedly rage-quit his Insta shortly after the loss so it's probably an emotional response to this season being doomed.

In any case, the time to do that was when we traded Sul, should have done it then and just extended Sul or given him a new deal after the season. If Stokes had been back healthy for a while and playing well, then I could have still gotten behind it now.

Neither of those things are true of Stokes, so we need to make him happy and play out the rest of the contract.

NFL and HBO are probably licking their chops after this loss to get GB on hard knocks.

Biggest reason I still want to make the playoffs at this point.

Actually a really good point. We started this season ALL saying this team would need to be carried by the running game and the defense. Neither of those things has been the case and yet we are still very much alive for a playoff spot. For as inconsistent as Love has been at times, our success has come through the air.
