It's so fun that they all, like, get to be friends and grow together.

I know that sounds cheesy, but I'm certain it matters. Favre talked about his guys and growing old and not having friends. Rodgers talked about it. They both ended up buddies with 1 or 2 older WRs, the K and the backup QBs.

These guys are gonna BOND together. In a football sense. In an on-field chemistry sense. In a way that makes the Packers more fun to root for

I'm excited about 2024. Assuming Love is at least pretty good 8-)

It's absolutely real. The 1994 - 1997 teams and 2009 - 2011 teams were absolutely different. The on field chemistry was amazing. Top to bottom of the rosters.

2025 to 2027 team could be very good. Depending on if Love can play.

Every guy we drafted kind of been injured or had a disappointing year last year then their junior year was better? I see that with both TE as well as Reed.

Absolutely solid pick that I can't complain about but who doesn't stir emotions in me:

Luke Musgrave
Tucker Kraft
I was very wrong about my own emotional state. These two guys did, in fact, stir emotion in me.

There are some very fun names available for Day Three--I know there's still time left.

Some there must be something up--likely medical, possible character; but others where the media probably just got carried away and the league was never there

Glad we have seventy thousand picks to sift through them

No sign of Gutey for media availability yet....

sometimes they come down when they're done picking. Sometimes they don't.

Sometimes they're working the phones and considering moving back up.

A 4th and one of those shiny new 5ths puts us in range

Not necessarily rooting for it (though I'm not ready for draft news to stop coming for the night), but it might be a thing

Steelers take the plunge on Darnell Washington

Good culture fit in terms of on-field play style.

Last time the packers had 9 day 3 picks:

In 2013, the Packers had nine third-day picks. Among those picks were David Bakhtiari, JC Tretter, Micah Hyde, Charles Johnson and Sam Barrington.

The Lions draft picks almost make more sense if you read them in reverse. No one had Gibbs in the 3rd or anything. But seriously, if someone told you Wednesday that the Lions first five picks were this, wouldn't it be just as believable as the way they actually went?

1 (12) Hendon Hooker, Tennessee, QB
1 (18) Brian Branch, Alabama, S
2 (3) Sam LaPorta, Iowa, TE
2 (14) Jack Campbell, Iowa, ILB
3 (5) Jahmyr Gibbs, Alabama, RB
Ya haha. Only thing with there draft is like didn’t they give up 300+ rushing yards to the panthers?? Like where is the beef in the trenches?
You may not believe me, but when you posted this, I almost ALMOST responded, "Broderic Martin is still available and has a lot of beef" and now they went and did it.

I believe you. Beefy selection indeed.

49ers draft Moody at kicker end of 3rd round...I really wanted him but that is a bit high for me.
