If you can't afford them there are tens of thousands of fans ready to support their team.

That's the problem, people are successfully figuring out how to afford the tickets when invoices are due, then they scramble like hell to sell them ............. disgusting really.

The Lions game is an interesting conundrum right now ............. tickets can be had for a bargain on the various secondary market websites, and the ticket brokers aren't offering anything above face value to lure sellers in. This ticket game will change after the Packers beat Minnesota -AND- the kickoff time is established for January 8th (or the 7th if the 7th is still on the table). People are currently sitting on their hands waiting for the January 8th (or 7th) kickoff time to be etched in stone on the Packers.com website.

There is a lot of Green Bay revenue at stake right now .......... riding on the hope and expectation of a Packers WIN over Minnesota on New Years Day, and high intensity playoff atmosphere versus the Lions on the frozen tundra of Lambeau Field.

Not this game. The Packers are to fired up to make the playoffs. And I think my team will be down.

Just a gut feeling. It goes like this. The saints will beat the eagles opening the door for the bikes to take the one seed. And the bikes will screw the pooch by losing to the Packers. It’s the Vikings way.

You're laying it on pretty thick this time around.

Desperation mode came early this year...

Why so? Turnovers? Generally lethargic play? Aaron getting the best of the Vikes’ D? What makes you think so?

I just think that the Packer offense should put a full game together yet before the season is gone (better than they have in any previous game this year). And the Packer D might actually do the same.

Yep. I’ll take a guess and say 27-17.

Don't smoke pipes, but if I did, it would be something that would make me not give a damn. :rotf:

I hate the Vikings, but they are 12-3. They do not suck (in games this year that is).

Yeah, I don't think they "suck" per se, but they're not nearly as good as their 12-3 record would suggest. Hell, they have a +5 season long point differential over their opponents.

That's a team with some luck going their way along with whatever talent they have. And to be honest, I'm not sure which is more dangerous: habitually good or habitually lucky?
