Savage has the utility of Nick Perry. Its weird aint it? The Packers some times remind me of the parent who just keeps letting their children act up at the restaurant but dont do anything about it. To me its been pretty clear since early on that Savage doesnt have much interest in being physical or tackling. The Packers should have stepped in a long time ago.
